I am a Kroger Foods MFG Engineer and was sent to review properties in the NE area for possible expansion. The Hyatt chain is an approved vendor with Kroger Travel Agency. my booking was 5/26 thru 5/28 conformation was GZ14XQ. the room was booked thru Kroger travel with a corporate card. The desk clerk required a physical card to complete the stay, the clerk was rude and condescending, and stated that I would have to call somebody, or go elsewhere, I booked the room with my personal card, I asked where to park the car, she said pull into the parking garage, 3rd or 6th floor or you will be towed. She also required the license plate of the rental, when I returned with the info, nobody was at the desk, I had to wait, I travel extensively, this has not occurred Previously. the next morning @6:25 am I attempted to enter breakfast area, the kitchen is not open yet, I replied, I just wanted cup for coffee, the response was, just use the coffee outside the kitchen, which was a paper cup, the Breakfast was not open until 6:45 Overall the customer service was an all-time low. I am requestioning that Kroger remove this Hotel from the corporate preferred list for logging. Thank you
