Stayed overnight at Hyatt House Pleasanton 9/28/21. Alrhough I'd had nice visit there two years earlier, this time the Hyatt was rundown and unclean: HAIR inside the bed, worn and stained towels, stained couch, trash bag burst open at bottom of stained stairs etc. It was already late and we had early appointment so stayed and slept in clothes after mopping bed with damp towel (see photos: fine hair and curved hair like dog orcat in bed; stained worn towels with makep and blue stain (would use these to dry my car), stained couch, furry hairdryer and room vent and shower, coffee packets covered with filth, feather blanket stripped with no duvet cover, etc.
Front desk was apologetic (nice people), but at $174.29 for one night, especially in era of covid, I feel I should get a refund or credit. Not front desk's fault — I read this hyatt is in BK so they've thrown it — and paying customers — under the bus.
Called Hyatt corp and got on endless phone loop. They don't seem to care. Won't be staying there again!
