Boutwell fixed a leak on 04/29
Boutwell fixed a leak on 04/29. But on 6/29/2022, they had to come back again. Gen Air said that the part wasn't strong enough before 2021 and should have been changed. I want my money back and the part to be replaced. Gen Air and Boutwell are blaming each other.

Boutwell's put in a new heat/air system at my house in 2018
Boutwell's put in a new heat/air system at my house in 2018. It cost over $5200. The fan stopped working and on 10/4 a rude and unpleasant worker told me it was $89 for him to say the fan was broken and another $399 to fix it. I paid the $89.00 even though I was crying. This was a rip-off! I called Commander Air and they fixed the fan for $150.00. Pensacola, I reckon Boutwell's is taking advantage of the city that's been helping them for so long. Look somewhere else for your heat and air stuff.
