Wahl Family Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is the BEST! They are so professional, friendly, and know what they're doing. They came to fix our A/C unit and checked our furnace and waterheater too. Turns out, our waterheater was old and not working well. They helped us pick a new one that was perfect for us and even got us financing. They reserved the right size waterheater and told us when it would be installed. Today, two guys came and installed it. They called us before they came and let us know how long it would take. They did a great job and cleaned up everything. Highly recommend!

I had a furnace check on 10/27 and they said I needed to replace the gas heat exchanger right away for $2,499.50. But I got another opinion from Beverly Heating and they said there was no problem with it. The technician from Wahl Family Heating, Cooling & Plumbing tried to scare me by saying my health was at risk and that I would wake up with no heat one day. He said it would cost $6,000 to replace it, but I only needed a repair for $2,499.50. They're trying to take advantage of widows on Social Security.

I called wahl heating to fix my furnace's flame sensor. Stephen from wahl came and tested the sensor (wrongly) and told me that the main board was bad. He said that he didn't have parts in stock and it could take weeks to get them. He gave me a quote for the sensor, which was $418.00, and the circuit board, which was $1336.84. He tried to sell me a new furnace for $6500.00 or replace the circuit board and sensor for $1800.00. He recommended a new furnace. He charged me $109.00 for the wrong information. I called liberty heating and cooling on the same day. The guy came and replaced the flame sensor and charged me $65.00. The furnace WORKS GREAT now. Stephen from wahl is not an honest person. I want my $109.00 back.
