I was out today wearing a pair of Hush Puppies Sandals (name unknown) I have only worn about ten times when the heel of one of them completely disintegrated and on looking at it it had also cracked across the sole of the shoe. The shoes show no sign of wear inside or outside the shoe and on looking at them they look almost like a brand new pair. Can you tell me where I may send them to have this matter remedied, or a replacement organized.

She is so right. I bought my 3 pairs of shoes at Macy's in San Diego California. I also had the same issue with the hush puppies. What a disappointment. I have bought this brand for many years. I will never buy another pair of hush puppies. And I do not recommend this brand to anyone. I have had all my sandals and closed shoes and the hush puppies are the only ones that are poor quality. The 2 sandals and 1 flat closed shoes the heels cracked, detached and the bottom of 3 pairs of shoes fell apart. I was so disappointed I threw away in the trash my beautiful slightly worn sandals. And today (9-13-16) I wore the flat black shoe and same thing, the shoe cracked, also the heels cracked and detached. I will also being throwing the beautiful shoes in the trash. I recall paying well over $30.00 for these shoes at Macy's. I was at work today when my black flat shoes started falling apart. During my lunch I had to go buy new shoes to get around. No photos attached. Amalia Ontiveros
