Called on 10/26/2025 and requested to be disenrolled on 11/1/2025. I was not disenrolled and on 11/4/2025 they continued to take out my premium. As of today 12/4/2025, I still do not have my refund. I have spoken to the call enter, billing dept and several supervisors all to hear I am sorry. Requested that the check be overnight express and was told we can't do that. Something needs to de done.
Claimed loss: The premium of $171.60 that shouldn't have been taken out.
Desired outcome: I want the refund that is due to me.
