There are no representatives to help if the digital system can't finish the order on weekends and after hours. This is unacceptable service for customers that pay for drug benefits. On October 21 and 22 I tried to use the digital system to reorder drugs. On the first attempt, It asked for my birthday, I said October second 1945. it failed d to recognize my birthdate. On the second attempt it could not change a delivery address.
