I switched from Aetna to Humana end of 2025. The so called agent gave his number for help only has voice mail. Humana has denied a claim for blood work from in their network. I am being billed for service. Humana claims provider billed incorrectly. How exactly does a member of a network bill incorrectly. This mean they've never done it before? Really?Humana hides behind pure misinformation propaganda. Consider the amount of junk mail Humana sends out. Using up valuable forest and poluuting landfils. More than enough wasted to have paid this claim. Take a look at complaints filed. Wonder how they got 1 star? Denying a claim of this sort could easily put my Life in jeopardy. Blood work is essential to detect problems! Claim was filed in February. It's now almost September. The only people you can talk to are foreigners who can barely speak colloquial English. Humana posted huge profits in 2025. Wonder how many people died as a result?

Desired outcome: For Humana to pay as agreed so that medical service is not denied.
