I have been in existing customer of Hulu for the past year. On black friday I received an email for the offer of a $1.99 for 12 months. So I showed my brothers the email and he signed up for the promotion using his information for subscribing and when I opened Hulu my account is on hold and the increased so almost $9. So I can't contacted through text and call I also contacted your headquarters phone number who I am currently on hold with a woman who I most of explained myself 1,000 times and I am going in circles because she makes no sense and it's completely Knowledgeable and has not a clue what it is she is saying or doing. And To be the only with this now if you do these before Christmas makes it even worse that HULU is doing this through the holidays and ruining them for us! Furthermore, my brother and I only subscribe for my dying mother who like to watch Hulu and the fact were being putting through this as existing and a new subscriber whom give you business and for what? This! Unbelievable! I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau ,FTC and anyone who will listen ! Thank you for ruining our holidays! Thank you for doing this to loyal customers! Thank you for doing this to our dying mother! Thank you for not honoring your own promotion Hulu emailed me! Thank you for giving us so much trouble over the past few weeks!

Don’t use Hulu disgruntled employees change all of your info so that your account does not even show up anymore and Hulu says they can not do anything about it. Even though your card with your name on it (which doesn’t have an account) was charged less than 12 hours ago! And I can prove that I signed into this account with this email less than 24 hours ago but they don’t want to see that!

Reactivated an old account on 11/08/2022.

I was unable to watch a single show/game.

Buffering and stuttering are horrible.

Up to a dozen stutters every 60 seconds.

Shows/games are unwatchable.

I followed ALL troubleshooting steps multiple times.

Attempted to rectify the issue using Live Chat option.

NO solution.

Called a Hulu representative. Made multiple attempts to fix the Hulu streaming issues. The problem is not with my equipment.

I called later the same evening to demand a full refund.

This process has taken nearly an hour.

Hulu representative insists that because I watched a certain number of "shows" to “completion,” regardless of the deplorable quality of the experience; I exceed a so-called number to qualify for a refund.

This is a poor choice for a streaming service. While other streaming platforms did not offer as wide-ranging channel selections, at least they worked.

Every commercial break for the last week, no matter what the time, has a Zeldin ad which is filled with lies, for one, and most importantly Lee Zeldin is an election denier who helped instigate the January 6th attacks on the Capital. This is offensive, especially as it's showing not only that Hulu supports sedition, is politically biased towards fascism as there have been NO ads for the current Democratic Governor and his opponent. I unfortunately already paid for November but will be pulling my subscription since I can't support a company that's fine with fascism, racism, transphobia, homophobia, antisemitism, and bigotry.

I recently subscribed to hulu live to cut back on subscribing to so many streaming channels, however hulu live only works 50% of the time. I'm constantly getting an error message stating i'm not at home when I very well am at home. It's not my internet connection because I work from home and have no trouble. I can stream other services without issue. Hulu live is the only one not working consistently. I've contacted support twice since having hulu live which has been less than 7 days. Most of the time I give up and go to another service I have to watch programing.

Hulu live is costly and not being able to watch live tv at home when I want to is frustrating. I spend more time than not turning my tv off and on to capture my home location or signing in and out of hulu for the same. Or when live is available I can only access sports which is the last thing in the world I want to watch. The cost isn't worth the service. In this day and age it doesn't make sense hulu live isn't more efficient. I want to watch on my tv not my smart phone.

I just logged in again (5th time today) live isn't working but ii got a message the cost is increasing next month. Insane

I tried logging into my account to pay my fee for the month, then before I could handle the business that I logged in for, I'm forced to update a password for my account, the problem being is the account email address I can't access. I tried calling to get this updated/taken care of but your Customer Service Dept., I could hardly understand her, which she could have just sent me a link to reset the information, but once she did, I still can't get into my account. I want to update my email address and pay my bill.

On October 22 I spent almost four hours on the phone with various people trying to help me. twice I got disconnected with no call back and I gave the people my phone number. I asked for a supervisor and never got to speak to one. I have a free Disney+ Bundle from Verizon which includes Disney Hulu and Espn. I still cannot log into hulu from outside my home as my phone and computer keep picking up my daughters email which was how I previously logged into hulu.I wrote letters to HULU customer service and never received any response. The letter explained how poorly I was treated by their customer service. I would like to have a knowledgeable person call me to remedy this issue.

I like to record some of my favorite programs for later viewing. Lately, a large number of my programs are not being recorded. I do not have too many hours of recorded programs OR too many programs recorded at one time. Why is this happening?

I am dropping my hulu subscription because you have WAY TOO offensive ads (and in the middle of the day). That AIDS medication commercial with 2 guys kissing is very offensive to me, my family, and friends! We all are quitting hulu over that and the ballsy commercial and then the manscaping ad need to go! Not appropriate for a streaming service families use. And that Lume ad about stinky crotches and the one about trannies really irritate me also! What the heck is wrong with Dusney now days? Your PC, LGBTQ, groomer agenda has gotten on my last damn nerve & I'm telling everyone to quit disney plus (which I'm quitting also) and hulu unless you stop showing offensive and sexual frickin commercials! I know lots of people pissed off about it also. Drop the liberal agenda and just stay neutral like a non-political service SHOULD BE!

This company charged me for year subscription every month for 6 months. And now I am getting the run around from some customer service person who can't find any of my information even though I am looking at it on my computer screen. They are crooks! STAY AWAY! I am filing a complaint with the Attorney General and the Department of Consumer Protection.

The "keep watching" list disappeared after seeing items in the list 3 hours before. Example: At 6:50 pm est, August 23, 2022, but at 10:00 pm est they were all gone, plus all the other shows and movies in "my stuff" were also set back to the beginning and marked that I had never watched them. Weirdly, on August 22, 2022 I could not remove a show from my watch history because the button to remove it wasn't there, on the website or the app. Today, I did a live chat about the problem and got disconnected, then a call into customer service where the agent told me to turn off my modem for 3 minutes to reset Hulu.com. That was crazy because all other website were working including Netflix, Peacock, Philo, etc, only hulu.com had a problem. They also kept referring to the Hulu app, which I wasn't using, and they wanted me to remove and then restore the app. In doing my research on the Hulu community (a place where Hulu customers can ask questions) the problem with disappearing "keep watching list" has been going on since 2019. You would think that by 2022 that Hulu would have figured out the problem and provided training to fix the problem. Sadly, I have been with Hulu since they came out , and now I have to cancel my account at the end of this payment cycle because of no technical support.

i have unpluged it checked different tv settings.my tv is a new hisense with built in ROKU

it happens every day at least 2 to 4 times an hour i'm losing my mind. it only happens on hulu not paramount or disney i have been a customer for a long time my last TV was a hisense only a little smaller.The model is 43R6E4 R6 series. 43 inch Again please help me

Tuned in Saturday morning, August 13 to watch "Reservation Dogs". I thought it would be an interesting look at the plight of native American young people. About thirty minutes into the show while I was eating my lunch, I was assaulted by an F-word cluster bomb that repeated the profanity so many times and so quickly, I lost count. I got up and turned it off. I'm no prude, but I'm not going to allow you to foul my home with gratuitous profanity. After I finish the last few episodes of LOST, I will make a decision about keeping this service. I don't appreciate the constant LGBQT drumbeat and the commercial for the homosexual dating service is positively nauseating. You can't pander to 3% of the population and expect the majority to reward you for it.

Asking for payment for free trail

Since May 27, I've been seeing offensive political smear campaign commercials. I do my best to ignore political commercials, however, the one that Hulu has been allowing to run that is a smear against Democrats and demanding "real Republicans" vote against whoever is gross. The content of the commercial is supportive of Trump and trying to claim that he's not a gigantic racist, even though he is. I'm a democrat and I'm deeply offended that these commercials are being shown to me. With all the "targeted marketing" these days, why on earth would I be shown something as offensive and gross as this. And the ad has played 6 times in the past hour. I don't mind ads, but DO BETTER with who you're actually targeting.

I recently subscribed to HULU and Live+ and supposedly receive regional sports within my zip code. The first two days I received NBC Sports BayArea then today it was missing from my channel lineup. I could not find it anywhere. I contacted a chat agent (named Serena) and was on a chat with her for about an hour. She asked a lot of questions asked me to hold while she was checking the issue. I told her that the only NBC Sports app available was NBC Sports Washington (which is in the Eastern time zone), I am in the Pacific Time Zone. She finally asked if she could call me to troubleshoot the problem. I, of course, agreed to have her call. She asked me to sign off from the chat, which I did, but I NEVER received a call from her.

I finally found, after another hour - ON MY OWN - that by doing a power-cycle (shutting down my TV, which was running HULU and my router) that when I restarted HULU I received a statement that I wasn't at my home location. I reset my location by pressing the "reset my location" button. When Hulu came back up, the NBC Sports BayArea was now on the channel lineup. It seems to me a technician should have thought to tell me to power-cycle my devices to see if that would solve the problem.

I did not appreciate the fact that the Chat Agent (Serena) said she would phone me, especially after I gave her my phone number, and I received NO CALL to resolve my problem.

This, in my opinion, was VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

It is distressing to have this advertisement for some show on Hulu called crush with a mother holding up a sex toy saying she has taken the liberty of cleaning it for her daughter. The content promotes porn culture and is inappropriate content especially for young children. This ad pops up randomly on Youtube and elsewhere and is another disgusting example of hypersexual social engineering tactics. Hulu, keep this underage sex, porn, propoganda to yourself. I hope you take this commercial down, or get heavily fined.

An advertisement falsely claiming a few Democrat leaders (Pelosi, Schumer, and Warren) are providing IT business opportunities and some other form of treason to foreign countries, is offensive and untrue. I expect better from Hulu. I’m old enough to look past the erection advertisements because those may have a bit of truth behind them, but the conservative crap is just crap. Do better please.

I started off paying 60 plus dollars for live tv with no ads now I'm up to 84.00 plus for the same service and yet I still get ads on almost every tv show. I can not cancel hulu with no ads because it comes only with live tv. Now i have a problem with not being able to get access to live tv because my location has changed. Had to call 3 days in a row to have them change it back.

To whom this may concern. I was dearly appalled to watch the latest kardashian programme that was viewed. ‘Travis barker stated that he walked into a family gathering that people where looking at him like he had a mental disorder like some sort of handicap because he is vegan ‘ my view is what is he suggesting people look at individuals who have special needs ? Does he think they are looked at in a different way from any other person. This is appalling that people are watching this programme allowing this sort of conversation to be ok. I would like to make a formal complaint regarding this matter. Families watching this looking up to these people will think it’s ok to make these comments. Kourtney also states ‘ looking at him like there was something wrong with him’ I have watched kuwtk for years this conversation is disgusting between to parents.
