The volume on commercials is absolutely ridiculous! Makes me not even want to watch anything on Hulu... and if I'm not watching anything on this platform then why am I paying for it still? If this is not resolved then I will be getting rid of Hulu all together. Absolutely ridiculous... It's every single commercial no matter what I'm watching and it's only on Hulu... Netflix doesn't do this! GET IT TOGETHER HULU!

I added the Disney plus bundle to my Hulu plan so my son could watch the movie Luca. To my dismay, Luca is not available on Hulu Disney plus. I had to subscribe to the regular Disney channel so he can watch it. I just don't understand why that information wasn't available beforehand. Now I have a month of Disney Plus on Hulu that I will not watch. I canceled Disney plus and switched back to the base plan thinking I would get a refund, but did not.

Every time we try to watch Hulu, we see commercials for 2 products-one some kind of birth control and the other a menopause product. In both they keep yelling the word "vagina". I don't know when this became normal, but neither me nor my daughter can watch with my husband for fear of this happening. Between us, we are the target group for these products. Our solution has been to watch through the computer with an ad blocker. This is awful!

I know Hollywood has an agenda for the LGBT movement…but there are those of us who disagree with the movement. Millions do not support LBGT lifestyle and it is offensive to many in the religious realm. Christianity is also a lifestyle and we don't force it on other like Hollywood and corporate America are now doing. Why is this not a two way street? Nothing about God or Jesus….but you can publish PRIDE crap everywhere! If this is all about diversity and sensitivity then why can Jesus be a part of it? After all, Jesus was all about love and so is the Bible….but no mention of it in Hollywood. Separation of Church and state…what about separation of gay and state?

Iam a customer and Iam sick and tired of paying over 60 a moon the to sit and watch 5 minutes of commercials, why should I have to sit and watch them with the price I pay? Even if I record my shows I have to sit through 5 minutes of commercials and only get a half hour show! With a hour long show I have to sit through 5, 5 minute commercials! And then u want more money to not watch them? Ok we are all wise to big companies screwing us, and it needs to end now! Or this company will b the next company to go down the tubes! We will not put up with this much longer!you need to change these policies immediately!Iremember what has happened to Netflix?

Noticed there is a movie called "Flight" (good movie) that is rated TVma and has nudity it's located in "Family" category (it automatically started playing after Peter Pan I basically nose dived for the remote.

Why is the world is this app giving money to a person who told a teenager to commit suicide? What exactly does this company represent? It's all over media, she's now trying to apologize because its out there and Hulu is just going to pretend you didn't see it? Truly disgusting, I'll cancel my accounts if I don't see your relationship discontinued immediately. What in the [censored] is this world coming to if you endorse this [censored].

I am a paying customer... I have been having repeated issues with Hulu and their customer service. Some of the Worst customer service, I've ever experienced... I have asked for a Supervisor multiple times and never received contact. They hang up on you... They have a survey after call, if you don't hang up, but many customer service reps, somehow drop the call, so that you can't give them a review... Reason why, bcuz they are guilty. They have " troubleshooting" ... Yet, the problem persists. I spoke with a supposed "specialist" and she was rude and sarcastic. They are Not trained at all or properly... They will run from call bcuz a customer is Reasonably upset. I have dealt with a couple kind Hulu employees... But that doesn't make up for all the evil ones. All accounts should be locked... No employee should ever be allowed to access someone's account, without their permission.

Checked HULU website and current press releases to confirm what channels/networks offered with HULU live. As of 1/4/21 Hulu live offers CBS live and on demand which phone representative confirmed at sign up. 2 weeks into our Hulu live service, we loose CBS every day and can't reconnect; then when we try to watch on demand we're notified that we have to buy CBS all access. I called to talk to a manager; was REFUSED and given a refund. I'm pissed and am astounded at the worst customer experience I've EVER had. What's the use of leaving our cable provider if it costs more for worse options and terrible/rude service.

It is ridiculous how often Hulu breaks for ads in one episode (10min). Seems like more than regular cable TV. I am canceling my subscription to Hulu, I hope others do the same.

ALL of Hulus self promoting ads are quite irritating to say the least and they plug their service during EACH BREAK!...But WHY?
It mostly airs on NBC affiliated stations.
I'm sick and tired of it and will not continue with this service.
We're already subscribed to this service? Is it necessary to BLAST the speakers out of my Television?
What IDIOT(S) decided to come up with this sort of crap?

I find it in very poor taste to do a movie about Covid while we are in the midst of the pandemic. People are already afraid and to show the government locking people up in their homes and killing people if they leave and/or become sick. Just increasing people's fears at a time we need people to get tested and be careful. Please remove this movie from your channel.

Is a misnomer. There is no customer service. I have cancelled my scription because they are so awful. I was going to go with the live TV plus Hulu bundle but because of the difficulty doing it on line (error message every time I tried) I finally called the number. Got a person in the Phillipines. They can't even give jobs to people in the states and provide decent service. Very sad. I hope they fail and Netflix whips them out.

No ads is complete crap. There are ads on videos that AREN"T live. I keep getting the canned answer of "It's live" but the videos with ads are not all live. Then I get told "It's the network." Then Don't advertise for No ads. That is false advertisement and misleading information. The Watch party is also misleading. They don't mention that someone has to have a separate hulu account to be able to join the watch party. My bill just jumped $11 in December and It is NOT worth the money, especially when the customer service is rude and they don't give a crap if you are unhappy.

Monthly plan was $25.20...however, in February was billed $41.65 plus a service of $1.75 then in March was billed $99.78
plus a service fee of $6.20. What the hell...never authorized such changes in plan.
Hulu's rep stated could only refund the latest charge as a courtesy. Stated that it was accidental and that it was the
subscribers responsibility to monitor account. Total amount I had to eat, was $24.40.
When asked when the plan was changed, could not give dates, but stated who ever used the Hulu did it...this is
unacceptable! Cancelled the account

NBC consistently skip, freezes or not available. NBC is the main reason I get Hulu so if I don't get NBC I don't need Hulu. I don't have this issue with any other channel. This is not an issue on my end.

I subscribe to the Hulu streaming service and live in Charleston, SC. When watching live TV we frequently get screen freezes and skips. Happens most with our local NBC station WCBD. Happens during local programming and national shows.
We checked our internet with provider, all checked out with good speeds.

Can you solve this. We like NBC programming.

Your opening ad bashing Trump "Trump the Reckoning" is shameful and an attempt along with the Democrats, Big Tech, Media, Black Lives matter, and other insurrectionist groups to silence Republicans and conservative thought including the former President.Trump along with 90, 000, 000 citizens that voted for him.

There seems to be very little speech or though in this nation without it getting it censored.

Hello Hulu,

1. Everytime I login to hulu for 'customer service' I an error - "...single sign on..." That in itself is extremely frustrating. I don't have login issues accessing my account. It's ONLY when I tru to contact customer service.

Hulu doesn't even want us to complain! This has been more frustrating than the actually issue.

2. The real bug:
While streaming, all episodes start, not at the beginning but 3/4ths way through. I have to manually stop every episode and force it to start from time 0.
