We have been customers of Hulu for many years. We live in the Lower/Alsace region of berks county Pennsylvania. For some reason, although we have experienced great service in the past, since we have moved to this area we have had nonstop streaming issues with your HBO package; which, while expensive, is a service that we greatly enjoy and normally are willing to pay for - the past few months — while we have been watching the Soprano’s on Hulu (specifically)- your service stalls literally every minute or two, making the viewing unbearable. We have paid for this service for several months and have thus far never made a formal complaint. However, if this is the streaming service that you are offering; currently - my partner and I will be suspending our renewal of your services, indefinitely; as we are largely unsatisfied with your streaming service. And paying for a service that doesn’t work correctly seems like a poor use of our funds.

I subscribed to HULU six months ago to try it out.

I watched a series or two, but ultimately found commercials annoying, and the content overall -- subpar.

So I cancelled... that was months ago.

Out of the blue, my credit card was charged again for a months subscription. I DID NOT RENEW. I left that cancelled.

Now I have to get a whole new credit card because my bank viewed the odd charge that I did not request, as fraud. So now I can't use my credit card for a week.

Please do not do this to customers again.

I don't watch Hulu very often. I decided to watch S1 E1 of Banished. It seems like it is going to be a good show, but it was difficult to watch because of all the commercials. I haven't added up the amount time the commercials took up, but I would venture to say it is at least 1/4 to 1/3 of the actual show. If Hulu were a free service, I would not have an issue with the commercials. But this is a paid service. If I want to watch without commercials, I have to make payment on top of payment? If Hulu were the only streaming service, I would have no option but to watch all the commercials. But I do have options. I will keep Netflix, Prime, and all the smaller streaming services but I will no longer be a subscriber to Hulu. Farewell Hulu

To whom it may concern: I am so complaining about the Kardashian show. These women ( I use this very loosely).

They are very harmful to people's mental health. They show off their bodies, that they use filters/ & have been photoshopped. Our kids today, look at them as role models & stride to be like them; ( debt/bankruptcy) esp Kim"s backside; then they have to get touch ups to keep up with the Kardashians. they have stolen everything, that a black woman has. Hair do, makeup, clothes.I heard that Kim said she like her coffee the color of her kids. Now, that Kim/Ye have divorced, what's gonna happen to those kids(all of their kids) When/If the Ks are over this" Black phase, are they gonna get rid of their kids, or give up parental rights?

Is it possible for you guys to get the rest of the english dubbed episodes for Naruto: Shippuden? They cut off and go into Sub only around episode 150. The voice actors change over and it makes it more difficult to continue the series. The subtitles also don't match the english translations

Everytime while watching Live TV, the Video / Audio fails to maintain synchornize. For the price for which I'm paying for Hulu, I am not a happy camper.

If this issue cannot be resolved I'll have no choice but to terminate service.

This movie is offensive to me because it portrays my religion in an untrue light. Moreover, the pictures promoting it, such as the teasers, are depicting sacred ceremonial clothing.

This is his personal reaction, as a convert of 35 years and as someone who has seen the Church in operation around the world, from the smallest branch to the highest levels.

Krakauer’s portrayal of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is utterly at odds with what I — and millions like me — have come to know of the Church, its goodness, and the decency of its people. This book is an attempt to tell the story of the so-called fundamentalist or polygamous groups in Utah, and to tie their beliefs to the doctrines and the history of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The result is a full-frontal assault on the veracity of the modern Church.

This book is not history, and Krakauer is no historian. He is a storyteller who cuts corners to make the story sound good. His basic thesis appears to be that people who are religious are irrational, and that irrational people do strange things. He does a huge disservice to his readers by promulgating old stereotypes. He finds sufficient zealots and extremists in the past 150 years to help him tell his story, and by extrapolation tars every Mormon with the same brush. The exceptions are the rule by his standards. One could be forgiven for concluding that every Latter-day Saint, including your friendly Mormon neighbor, has a tendency to violence. And so Krakauer unwittingly puts himself in the same camp as those who believe every German is a Nazi, every Japanese a fanatic, and every Arab a terrorist.

It is evident from the adulation that Krakauer heaps on three or four historians who are unsympathetic to the Church that they have heavily influenced him. On the other hand, there is such a paucity of quotes attributed to modern Church leaders or ranking members that one wonders who the “dozens of Mormons” were whom Krakauer is supposed to have interviewed for his research.

Krakauer writes a great deal about Joseph Smith, who organized The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1830. Joseph Smith surely disturbed the status quo in religion in his day, and does so even now. Furthermore, he lived out his days “on stage” for all to observe — some to criticize and some to venerate. He was God’s conduit for bringing back bold doctrines concerning the nature of God, the nature of man, the nature of the human experience, the purpose of life and even the nature of the universe. His legacy is that millions of people today throughout the world accept him as the Prophet of the Restoration of the Church of Jesus Christ

Not being able to add individule services to the basic plan, like many others, is a considerd a force of action. Not being able to add live tv to the basic plan without having disney and sports shoved down my neck just so you can charge 70 bucks a month which is NOT cheaper than cable which is why people are streaming now, is just plan BAD BUSINESS. no wonder hulu is losing ao many damn customers and according to stock put options is one of the services (right behind youtube tv ripoff) thats on the chopping block.

IF this option changes unless NF buys you out and makes everything better, I will return along with my 1.8 million vlog subscribers.

Too many NHL Center Ice broadcasts are blacked out because the games are streamed on ESPN+/Hulu. That is broken. I pay for all the cable/satellite sports feeds I need. I have zero intention of subscribing to Hulu, and these unnecessary blackouts are so annoying that all they serve to do is ensure I will never EVER subscribe to Hulu.

Besides, often we are on the road in our RV with absolutely access to internet. How's a streaming service work under those conditions?

Appalled at Hulu pushing their political agenda with racist and gay commercial content. Heterosexual Caucasians have zero representation on Hulu.

Hulu Live has major problems!

- It stopped listing shows I've selected to record and had put in My Favorites;

- It frequently shuts off about every 30 seconds;

- The price just went up sky high, including the Disney channel and a few

others which I had no interested in, without even consulting me.

This is an experience I wouldn't want to put anyone through, and after several frustrating months of trying to give it "one more chance," I am going back to Spectrum, where I am actually saving money with their bundle package of TV and internet.

On Hulu it should be possible to change the commercials to something uplifting, relevant, or of interest.

The current commercials are about cancer, colon testing, fast food, and diabetes. When someone in the family has passed of cancer the last thing my family needs to see is CANCER commercials.

The colon testing does not apply to everyone in our house.

Boots me out of programs all the time... !

I signed up for a special nov 3 rd pay a year in advance and get NO ads so on nov 19 I started seeing ads so I called the kid basically told me I was lying wouldn't let me talk to a manage took me out of the plan I signed up for and put me in a new plan! I didn't sign up for adds I signed up for your special and I expected to get that service! The kid tells me I have been working here for 4 months ! And obviously he doesn't know Hulu's plans so how are you gonna fix my no add problem thanks Lea

We hooked hulu up on oct 7th 2021 told them we get paid on the 3rd of each month they were fine with that, my hubby went to watch hulu this am monday nov 1st 2021 but hulu was shut off, he called and spoke to a rep for hulu they said that on nov 1st they were denied payment from my bank so they shut us off, when we had already been told by hulu they would not take our payment out untill the 4th as they been doing for many months, so why is it now they lied to us were paid up untill nov 4th 2021 but yet you ppl at hulu shut us off kindly tell me as to why that is, we want our hulu turned back on as in right now or u need to repay us for the 4 days that im paid in full on it, the hulu acct is under my husbands email hartwig.[protected]@yahoo.Com, fyi i will not let this matter rest untill either u turn our hulu back on as in today nov 1st 2021 or u refund me the full amount of what u owe me ur choice ty

On vacation, first time use of app. Hulu disabled live viewing of The SF Dodger game on my devise because I'm away from home. Is Hulu so money hungry and greedy that they can't afford a user to sign in while away from home three times. This is the first time I used the app and the first time I learned I have to do something from home. Poor service Hulu!

I have been using Hulu and it skips like a scratched CD, or during the commercials if freezes. I have checked my internet, and other streaming services and I have no problem. Hulu is terrible with this constant freezing and disconnecting. I use the Amazon Fire stick. I have restarted the Fire Stick, closed the app, switching to a different one then coming back later. Nothing seems to fix the issue. It freezes to the point I have to unplug the firestick. Again NONE of my other apps do this.

Others have complained about these same things but between the no ad version having actual commercials you can't FF through and the volume of commercials it's ridiculous. It use to be a slight increase in volume. Now it's off the charts. It's really awesome when you're trying to work and you have Hulu on in the background then all of a sudden it's blaring. *extreme sarcasm*. It's a racket!

Problem was reported several months ago and I call each month to see if the problem has been corrected. I cancelled my subscription several months ago.

When I tried to rewind or fast forward I got a message saying that this action can be performed after the break. This is clearly a software problem with HULU. It appears that their system is confusing the no ad service with the with ad service.

Customer service told me that several customers are having this problem.

All I wanted to do was see the name of the last movie I watched. For some reason, I couldn't log into my account on the computer. The site suddenly claimed that my password was incorrect, but I never changed it! So I tried to reset my password, and now I'm blocked from logging in. If I have to call my bank and pay for a stop check, I most certainly will.

I am not satisfied with your service. You lower the audio of your movies, so that the ads are blaringly loud. This is against the law. Even without the ads, the show's ratings are extremely loud. All I wanted to do was see the name of the last movie I watched, and you blocked my log in? Oh now I'm done.
