I am writing again regarding my order UK04004353, placed on 23 November 2025. Despite being marked as fulfilled on 2 December and later marked as delivered on 8 December, I have not received my package.
The courier, Yodel, has now confirmed that the parcel is being returned to the sender, even though your system incorrectly shows it as delivered. I have contacted Yodel several times, and they were unable to provide the parcel or confirm any delivery attempt. This situation has left me without the products I paid for.
I also emailed your team multiple times but have not received any response, which is extremely disappointing.
For clarity, the missing package contained:
• Faux Filter Concealer – Marshmallow 1.3 (£26)
• Easy Bake & Snatch Pressed Brightening Powder – Cupcake (£32)
• Easy Blur Foundation – Cashew 140G (£32)
• Easy Bake Setting Spray – 16-Hour Wear (£28)
• Easy Blur Silicone-Free Smoothing & Pore-Minimising Primer (£30)
• Easy Blur Primer Sachet 2025 (free sample)
Since the order never reached me and is now being returned to you, I kindly request an immediate full refund for the total value of the order. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with a dispute through my bank.
I expect confirmation of my refund within 48 hours.
