Hubbell Homes

Hubbell Homes LC is a good company. They did what they said they would do. I would tell my friends about them.

I got charged a late fee for an assessment in June , but I never got a *** about it. It's not fair to charge me for something I didn't even know about. Hubbell has had my email for years, but they didn't send me anything about the late fee. They said it's because of updates to their electronic systems, but that's not my problem. I can't control what system they use or how they deliver mail. I'm still paying the total, but I don't think I should have to pay the late fee. When I talked to the representative, she kept interrupting me and it made me mad. It's hard to talk to Hubbell when they don't listen or believe me.

They were right on time to finish and give us the final walk through on closing day. The people were super nice, told us everything we needed to know, and acted real professional. We're glad we bought a Hubbell Home in the CrossHaven Neighborhood.
