I watched this company remodel the house next door while I was working from home and was really impressed by the attention to detail, fixing problems instead of just covering them up, and the quality control. I met with the owner, Kevin S, and asked if they could also do some work on my house. They squeezed in my projects, which included fixing the roof's improper drainage, repairing cracks in the exterior, and supervising reliable and affordable subcontractors to redo the foam roof and paint the whole house, including changing the trim color to what I wanted. Kevin is a smart problem solver who suggests the best solution (or options if you're on a budget) without trying to sell you more than you need. I highly recommend American Homes for your remodeling needs, you'll be really happy with the results!

Persistent calls to purchase my home have been harassing me for nearly 3 years
They have been calling and harassing me for almost 3 years now to buy our home. We told them many times we are not interested, as we are renting it out and we live elsewhere. Despite this, they keep calling and texting me multiple times a week from various numbers. We have repeatedly requested them to remove my contact information and cease calling, but they persist.
We sold 2 properties to Home Offers and on boh occasions we were very happy with the process.
The 1st property has an investment property we wanted to cash out of.
That went as smoothly. When we decided to move back to Idaho with out family we sold our vacation home in AZ.
No complaints here. It went smoothly.
