I ran out of one of the color ink cartridges and bought a replacement. This was a Cyan and Magenta colors. I had a new Yellow cartridge that I bought previously. So I received the Cyan and the Magenta cartridges and I installed all three cartridges. The printer gave me an error that the Cyan was affected, so I ask for a replacement cartridge. When this arrived I proceeded to install and the same message came up. I figured that it wasn't the cartridge. I started checking back and forth and turning it on and off, and so on, the next thing I did was to check the levels and now my color cartridges seemed almost empty. To summarize after all, now is a new message and is worst, because it doesn't allow me to get into the settings. I contacted virtual support, not very helpful. The worst part is that you can't get a live agent to talk to.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate it if a tech support person calls me
