HP review: HP OmniStudio all-in-one
I ordered an HP OmniStudio all-in-one by phone in August 2026 and said clearly on the recorded sales call that I needed a touchscreen. HP's agent ordered a non-touchscreen model anyway. HP admitted the error in writing — and still would not send me the computer I actually ordered.
I returned the wrong computer on October 15, 2026, and HP confirmed it received it. The purchase was financed through a Koalafi lease that HP arranged at the point of sale, and lease payments of $114.49 every two weeks are still coming out of my account for a computer HP has had back for weeks. HP's answer: the refund (promised by November 4) is all I get, the lease is not their problem, and if I want the touchscreen I ordered, I can buy a new one at a "discounted price" they will not name.
I have filed complaints with the New York Attorney General, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Better Business Bureau. All HP had to do was fix its own admitted mistake. Instead, it chose to make it difficult. — Jahzia Williams, Ed. D., Brooklyn, NY · Order H365551975
