Hozzify review: "Custom designed"mug

I ordered a "custom designed" mug and after spending the time to design it with the options provided, I was excited to give it to my son as a holiday gift. I was surprised and we were very disappointed to see what it looked like... The design was so small on the male figure that any features that I had picked out were indistinguishable... It looked like a monkey hanging out from the side of a car! It did not resemble the picture on the website that was presented to me as the result of my design. I contacted hozzify and was told that there was nothing wrong with the mug and that they would give me 10% off on a future product.. Which of course I will not use, as their products are not as featured...
