11/27/23 - Man did I get taken by Hozzify! I ordered what I thought was a framed family tree print per their ad page for $25 and what I received is a rolled up dollar store piece of garbage!

About 5 pages down on their ad page did it say in small type frame not included - very deceiving - company is unresponsive to make good on this - very disappointed

I made a big order on January 14. They said they got it, but haven't heard anything since. They keep sending me the same boring message when I email them, and when I call, all I get is voicemail.

I made an order on 12-10 with expedited shipping, but what a mistake! I sent multiple emails and made phone calls, but received no response. This place is definitely a scam. They took the money out of my account on the same day of purchase, and their website says that no orders were found.

This company is a big rip off! There is no customer service department you can call. I never received my order. I've been asking for my money back and I received nothing. No call, no email about what happened to my package and where is my refund.

I tried to reach out to Hozzify but couldn't get in touch with them. They didn't pick up the phone or reply to my emails. It's frustrating because I needed some information about my order, but they gave the same unhelpful answer to everyone. They charged my card right away, but I haven't heard from them since. I hope my credit card company can help me out.

I made an order on 12/18/22. They sent me an email saying thanks for the order and giving me a coupon, but no tracking or order number. Since then, I haven't gotten anything. I called a few times, but always got voicemail, which wasn't great. I don't know where the good reviews on their website are coming from, because this seems like a scam. I ordered a halloween costume from Hozzify on 10/11/2022. It's been 16 days now, and my order hasn't arrived yet. There's no tracking information available either. I reached out to the company, and they informed me about a shipping delay. They said it would take another 7 to 12 business days for the order to arrive. That's more than a week after Halloween! Can you believe it? They didn't even bother to send an email (except for their marketing emails) informing me that my order, which I needed by 10/31, hadn't even been shipped. It's been complete silence for over 2 weeks. I requested a cancellation and refund, but they had the audacity to tell me that I can only cancel within 24-36 hours of placing the order. Seriously? After 16 days of not mentioning their processing issues, they suddenly remember their cancellation policy? How do companies like this manage to stay in business?

I bought a pair of shoes from Hozzify, but I can't find any contact number. They sent me the wrong size, and now I want my money back.

I never got my product from Hozzify. I tried reaching out to customer service four times, but they never replied. I placed my order on November 25, and got an email saying it was done on November 27. I emailed the company four times, but they never got back to me.

I bought some sneakers from this company. They sent me a fake tracking number for *** and emailed me saying it was delivered. They included a link to report if you didn't get the package. Two days later, I got a call saying that the authorities took my package. They gave me a fake phone number. I want my money back. Avoid doing business with these folks. It's a scam.

I ordered two Jeep logo sweatshirts from Hozzify on September 18th. The advertisement showed that you could choose the color of your Jeep, your hairstyle, and your breed of dog, with the logo saying "A girl her Jeep and her dog its a good thing." However, when I received the sweatshirts, which cost $40.49 each, there was no written logo on them as shown in the ad. I emailed the company, and they responded saying that they couldn't do anything because the sweatshirts were labeled as a "Special Version" that doesn't include the lettering. Nowhere in their ad did it mention this. I would really appreciate it if you could investigate this company and help me get the correct merchandise that I ordered, with the written logo included. Thank you.

I didn't get my order from Hozzify. The tracking info was misleading. I emailed them many times and finally got a response after I told them that the post office investigated and found out that they never received the package, even though their tracking website said they did. They said it must have gotten lost during shipping and they would redo the order and send it again. We asked for some kind of proof and a tracking number so we could feel confident that they were handling things and we would get the sweatshirts we paid for in early October. I've seen other reviews after ordering that mentioned similar problems with the company. The customer service number is international. I also noticed that the address is all lowercase, which made me even more suspicious of the company. The package is still in transit according to the tracking info. It was received on October 25, 2022, in ***, but its acceptance is still pending. The USPS website says they're awaiting the package and there's no update available yet.
