We hired them to get our old furnace runnin. The job was done professionaly and at a great price. Very good customer service and we will keep their number on hand for next time.
They were on time but didn't fully inspect the system before leaving
They were on time but didn't fully inspect the system before leaving. They should've asked us to turn on the faucets. They just left without doing that. Shortly after, while the restoration crew was still there, we discovered another leak. We had to call them back and they charged us an additional $400. Then, they suggested that we redo our entire plumbing system. It was already 8pm on a Friday. How can we rely on them to do their job properly and honestly? We were in a very helpless situation.

Rick arived on time and quickly got under the mobile home in a very wet situation to troubleshoot our water leak. I immediately knew that he knew his stuff and felt in good hands. Within the same day he and his crew worked tirelesly all day to fix and replace our intake water line system. He worked all day with a very competent and friendly crew to replace and relocate the existing water line system with the safest option. I would highly recommend Rick and his hard working professional team to anyone. For the amount of work done and the staff working on the job I feel the price was reasonable. Rick insured that clean up was also completed. Thank you Rick and Murrayville plumbing for looking after us. We will be sure to pass your name on.
