I ordered a pair of shoes on April 18. It was supposed to have arrived at the pickup location (Uxbridge) in 5 business days.
It's now more than 7 business days and so far there is no confirmation that the order actually shipped or arrived at the pick up location. I have called, emailed, and chatted via Live Chat but each time all I got was a promise to check.
