I ordered a ham for Christmas picked it up on Monday and opened it today for my Christmas dinner and the bone in ham that I look forward too every year as my Christmas dinner is burnt, taste burnt, looks burnt.

I bought my Honey Baked Ham here in Anaheim Area , and open it in the party and I felt ashamed because
when I opened the foil it was burnt and taste burnt since I bought around 5;00 pm and the place is only 15 minutes away. And I was so disappointed and it taste burnt. Not sure how can I complain about this? Please see the attached photo.
