I placed my order online on 11-19-25, to be delivered on 12-31-25 for our New Year's feast. I paid in full at the time of the order. Honey Baked arbitrarily canceled my order on 12/29/25 and didn't even have the courtesy to notify me - just canceled. I happened to check my account to verify that it was shipping on time and saw that it said, "canceled!" I called customer service, who was not the least bit apologetic. Their reasoning was that they ran out of the product. The fact that I had paid over a month in advance did not "reserve" the product for my order. They felt that they were under no obligation to notify me of the cancellation. This is HORRIBLE customer service! The refund has not shown up on my credit card yet.
