This dealership is the worst!
This dealership is the worst! It's a total scam! We found a car on their website and agreed to buy it over the phone because of Covid19. The car was a 2017 Lexus ES300 Hybrid. They sent us all the documents for the car, including a good report on CarFax and a good report from their service department. But here's where the scam starts. They measured the paint readings on the car and reported 9.5 on the hood and 5.5-6.0 on the rest of the car. When we asked about it, they said it was just a touch-up to cover some chips. We were okay with that. We made an appointment to meet and check the car and sign the papers. My wife and I aren't experts at spotting accidents or repairs, but just by looking at the front of the car, we knew something was wrong. The Lexus emblem on every hybrid should be blue, but this one was black. Oops, they missed that. We even called the Lexus dealership to confirm, and they said it should be blue on all hybrids. The edge of the front bumper had paint chips and it was clearly painted over. We could see the clear coat on it. We told the sales guy that we wished they had been more honest with us from the beginning, and we said we weren't going to buy the car. As soon as we said that, he was gone. No apology whatsoever. On our way home, we called and asked to speak to their used car manager. Man, was he rude! We told him we saw the car and decided not to buy it because it had clearly been in an accident, and they didn't even bother to tell us. He told us to knock it off and said it's normal for a car to have damage, and it didn't happen while they had the car. It must have happened before. Excuse me, but at least tell me before I drive 1.5 hours to see the car! He was extremely rude, and it felt like they were trying to scam us if we hadn't noticed the details. No one bothered to apologize. Instead, the used car manager told us to knock it off. They never mentioned re-inspecting the car to make sure we were wrong. Be careful when buying a used car from them. They will lie and tell you it's a great deal with no problems, when in reality, you're getting a messed up car.

I bought a 2019 Subaru Outback from Honda Subaru of Santa Fe. They offered me an 84-month extended Premier ISD warranty, which I thought was a good deal. The salesman, Mark B, assured my parents and me during a conference call that they had the clear title and would send it to us once the purchase funds were in their bank account. We wired the payment of $27,997 the next business day, and they received it on 8/23. I relied on Mr. B's false statements when making my decision to buy the car. However, the dealership has been trying to hide Mr. B's lies and deceit. They managed to send some additional paperwork, but they didn't include the title. The General Manager, Mr. B, the used car Manager Mr. M, and the finance Manager have been ignoring everyone except my attorney. I had to hire a lawyer to deal with this situation. Now, we are filing a complaint with the ***, and the ***, and ***.
