I asked the manager very pleasantly since the line was so long if they could get someone else to be at the register at the time they had four registers open. This woman that was working with him told me that they had just called someone very rudely. Then informed me that the line was moving fast. I’ve been in the store on numerous occasions and stood in line for 10 to 15 minutes with only one register open someone comes in with returns and everything backs up. I then said to him if you were a customer, you’d know how long these lines are at times. So then the line started to move. They got another person at the registers the two of them the manager and his helper were making rude comments the whole time I was in line about me.
I’ve shopped at HomeGoods a lot when I lived in Texas and never had the problems of long lines like this store in Clarksville Tennessee.Store 1107
