I had a GE Profile Dishwasher with WiFi that was less than 2 yr old. Tech came out said it was the control panel & ordered it. Took a month to come back & install it. It wouldn't work with the old wifii module, they came back with new one which they said caused other parts to go out. Bottom line they said it would cost more to repair than purchasing a new one. HWA offered me $272 for a $898 on sale + tax & installation total $1249.96 cost. I didn't agree to this & spoke to a surpervisor who finally offrered me $358 and I was told I would receive a check in 15-30 days & I still haven't gotten it 2 months later. I spoke to Chloe 5 dqays ago and she said she would expedite it & call back in 2 days for an update. Have tried calling back & can't speak to anyone I get in a queue for a return phone call & no one calls me back for the last 3 days. This claim started on 2/253/25 and today is 7/11/25. BEWARE of this company!
Claimed loss: $1249.96
Desired outcome: I would like to receive my check from this company for $358.00 which is a drop in the bucket compared to what I had to pay for a new dishwasher.
