I called to cancel my yearly contract back in 2022 and was told they couldn't cancel but could turn off auto-renewal. Jokes on me, they did NOT turn off that auto-renewal and instead had me on a month-to-month contract, which I did not sign for and were charging me. I had no notifications of any of these charges or that the contract type was changing. I tried to get reimbursement, and they said they could not do that as I had no proof of the auto-renewal being turned off. I asked for the notes from the time when I called and the manager hung up on me, cancelled the account, and then deleted my account from the website. I've lost ~$2,000 because of this mistake that they wouldn't own up to.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology, someone actually willing to work with me instead of trying to sell me on keeping it, and a reimbursement of some manner.
