Really pleased
I bought Arianrhod Maxi dress for cosplay, and its beautiful! The sizing is correct too... Im 5ft 7inches and its perfect, and i got a Medium and fits well... The sleeves are huge and amazing... Of course it came a bit wrinkly as it travelled with Fedex around the world in 6 days... Im pleased with Holy Clothing... I was impressed with Fedex too, until it got to western Canada and they flubbed it up a bit... The dress took about 3 and a half weeks to dispatch from Holy Clothing... as promised, if not slightly earlier... Its not junk, its well made! I think first wash might give off dye, so wash by itself and hang to dry... gentle cycle!

Stay Away from HOLY CLOTHING
Lies and Deceit, these cheats steal your money and lead you on a never ending wait for product that will never arrive. They placate you with promises of delivery that increase the delivery time every time.
I placed my order on March 14th, it is now July 21st and still nothing, I have reached out to the company 3 times and all 3 times I was told a different delivery date.
"Happy to help :) I've checked and your Make Me One order HC*** is scheduled to ship within 4-8 weeks of ordering, via Priority Courier (delivered in about 5 days).
Kindly note, we make these by hand, as one offs, so they take a little longer. That said, I'm going ahead and asking our production team to expedite as much as possible :) Thanks for being part of the HolyClothing family"

They take your money and never give you the product
Just. Awful. And the amount of :) faces in their customer service responses now seem more condescending more than anything.
I placed an order from HolyClothing almost 4 months ago. They inform you 4-8 weeks of processing before shipping- great! I ordered extra early so I could have my pieces for a work event. Hundreds of dollars worth of their product.
4 weeks later. No updates.
8 weeks later. No updates.
I email them asking about my order, and a rep says "orders take an average of 33 days! They're well worth the wait!" It had already been 8 weeks! 56 DAYS!
I still have time, so I wait.
My job literally comes and goes and I had to scramble to get together a new set in time from somewhere else.
It has now been 16 weeks. I emailed them again, a bit upset. They give me no update on where in processing my order is- so now I'm assuming they never started it. The response, instead: "Orders for the items you purchased take 10-12 weeks. Well worth it!" It has been 4 MONTHS. And suddenly my items take longer to make?
I am so disappointed at this point. I was so excited for their pieces but it just seems like a scam now. I requested a refund because I have received *nothingfrom them, and of course they denied me and tried to placate me with a $10 gift card after spending HUNDREDS on this order. (Like what the h*ll)
Thankfully my bank is not putting up with it so I am being refunded anyways!
So- buyer beware! They will take your money and expect you to just be okay with never receiving the products you paid for!
TL; DR: I placed an order 4 mo ago worth hundreds of $$ and they have no intention of fulfilling my order and refuse to give me my money back.

So, I had my bridesmaids order some dresses from Holy Clothing and I gotta say, I was pretty stoked about it. The designs were super cute and the company seemed like they were all about doing the right thing. But, it's been like two whole months now and we still haven't gotten our dresses. The only way we can get any kind of update is by messaging them on social media. They haven't sent us any emails or anything to explain what's going on.
When I finally got a response from them, it was just some copy and paste message about a "dye" issue. But, if that's really the problem, why has it happened more than once for the same order? It just doesn't make sense to me.
Honestly, I'm getting pretty frustrated with this whole thing. I wish they would just send us the dresses, even if they're defective, so we could at least have something to wear. My wedding is in a week and I still don't even know if the dresses have shipped yet.
Overall, I'm just really disappointed with Holy Clothing. I had high hopes for them, but they've let me down big time.

As expected, the holiday season brought about supply chain shortages, but I still held onto hope that my order would arrive in time for the holidays. However, mid-December rolled around, and I started to worry. I decided to write to the customer service team to inquire about my order status. It was then that I was informed that my item is "made-to-order" and it takes 4-6 weeks before it would ship.
Although I was disappointed, I appreciated the clarification and felt assured that my order would still arrive in a timely manner. But as of December 30, my item apparently shipped on December 24, and to my surprise, it is currently in Dubai! I sincerely doubt that it will arrive before my loved one leaves in the new year, and it's frustrating to think that my gift may not even be enjoyed.
I've sent two emails to the customer service team and have not received any offers or updates. If I hadn't contacted them, I would have been left without any updates on my order. I gotta say, I've shopped at HolyClothing before and I was absolutely thrilled with what I got. So when they came out with their limited edition marigold line, I was all over it. I snagged one of their dresses that I already had in a different color, but in the new marigold shade, and I also picked up a marigold corset belt to go with it. Now, I know that everything they make is hand-sewn and dyed, so I was prepared to wait a bit for my order to arrive. But let me tell you, it took WAY longer than the 4-8 weeks they promised. I mean, I waited for over 6 months! And the worst part was, when I reached out to customer service on Facebook Messenger to ask about my order, they were super rude and condescending to me. I tried reaching out to their customer service department to exchange it for something that would fit me better, but they told me that I was out of luck since it was a sale item. I couldn't believe it! I had just thrown my money away.
I don't see how they can justify such a policy. If I'm not happy with my purchase, I should be able to exchange it for something that will work better for me. But HolyClothing just didn't seem to care. I tried to express my frustration with them but they didn't even bother to reply to my messages. It seems like they just don't care about their customers.
It's a real shame because their products look really nice. But if they won't take care of me, then I don't want to do business with them again. I jus' had a lotta trouble wit' HolyClothing. I was tryin' ta return some stuff an' we went back an' forth fo' like 10 emails 'bout da details. They don' even speak English too good 'cause one of their emails said, "Difference items made by difference batches may cause difference. Da size is jus' fo' reference, there may be a measurement error of 2-3cm. Would you mind reselling or presenting this item to person who need and accept a discount to reorder the item with a fit size, no bother to return?" What in da heck does dat even mean?
Da worst part is dat I spent a lot of cash on dis stuff an' now I'm stuck wit' clothes dat don' fit and are poorly made.

I gotta say, I'm pretty mixed about HolyClothing. I ordered one dress from them before and it was awesome! Looked just like the picture on the website and plus it was delivered pretty fast. It only took 6 to 8 weeks to arrive!
After my first good experience with them, I thought I'd try ordering another dress. But, unfortunately, that didn't go so well. The dress I received was totally different from what I thought I was getting. Like, not even close. I mean, it kinda looked like they just grabbed a random dress and shipped it off to me.
So, I reached out to them and asked if I could return it. They gave me a US address to ship it back to, even though I live in Canada. But, on top of that, they don't cover the shipping costs for returns, even if they messed up the order.
I ended up paying $25 just to ship it back and the day after I sent it back, I got a duty charge for $21! That's a lot of extra money just because HolyClothing didn't send me what I thought I was buying. It's not really fair to the customers to not offer free returns, especially if they send you something that's totally not what you ordered.
Overall, I'm not really sure if I'd order from them again. It seems like a bit of a gamble. If you're willing to take the risk and deal with any extra costs that might come up, then go for it. But, I'm not sure if it's worth it in the end.

I recently went on Holyclothing's website to buy a skirt for my stepdaughter as a Christmas present. I placed my order in mid-November without realizing that it would take a while to make. It said 4-6 weeks on the page, which I thought was pretty normal for an artisanal garment. But as time went by and the weeks started to stretch into over 6 weeks, I started to wonder where my package was.
After waiting patiently for 6 weeks, I decided to send them a message to ask about the status of my order. I simply wanted to know what was up and when I could expect to receive my purchase. I received a reply fairly quickly, which was a bit reassuring. However, they told me that my order was in the Dying process and that it should ship any day. Well, any day did not happen.
3 1/2 weeks later, I had to email them again to see if there had been any updates. They told me the exact same thing, which didn't sit well with me at all. At this point, I was beyond annoyed and frustrated. I told them to cancel my order because I was not going to sit around waiting for something that may or may not show up. I mean, it was supposed to be a Christmas gift, and by now it was already mid-January!
I never heard back from Holyclothing, which is unacceptable in my opinion. I had no way to reach them, no phone number, nothing. So, I ended up having to call my credit card company to dispute the charges. It was a complete mess, and I had no idea what was going on. All I knew was that this company had terrible customer service. They didn't even have the decency to tell me why my order was so delayed, or when I could expect to receive it. I am so disappointed in the way things turned out with Holyclothing.
In conclusion, I strongly urge anyone who is looking to buy anything from Holyclothing to think twice. They may have beautiful designs, but the customer service is absolutely terrible. I would give this company 0 stars if that was possible. I plan to spread the word on social media and any other platform I can find to make sure people understand that this company is GARBAGE.
It's soooo cheap - and expensive for garbage... it also takes weeks to months to get! And when you get it - it's so poorly made. They also censor real reviews... so you can't see how many displeased customers they have...
