It's clear that the management needs to review their processes and reward the staff on the frontline for copping the flack of their poor decision making.

One of the biggest issues I had was the disconnect between the bricks and mortar shop and the web orders warehouse. When I had an issue with my order, I didn't know who to contact. The web orders warehouse needs a customer telephone number to contact instead of hassling the shop who can't do much more than email the warehouse or wait for generic email responses.

DPD certainly didn't help either. They lost my first package and there were continuing issues at the Carnforth depot. However, WCH resent and repaid my next day delivery charge so I got my item albeit a week late.
