Working Class Heroes

Yo, so I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about my experience with Working Class Heroes. I ordered some gear from them and it's been over 20 days and I still haven't received anything. I even had to log a dispute with PayPal, which is a total bummer. It's been 17 days since I placed my order and I haven't heard anything from Working Class Heroes about what's going on. I mean, come on, they could at least contact Royal Mail and try to figure out what's going on. But nope, they're not helping me out at all.

I'm hoping that the PayPal dispute will be resolved in my favor, but who knows how long that'll take. I'll keep updating this review daily, so y'all can see what's going on. But honestly, I wouldn't recommend ordering from Working Class Heroes if you're looking for reliable service. It's a shame, because I was really excited about the gear I ordered, but now I'm just disappointed.

So, I recently got myself a truckers cap from Working Class Heroes. But, when I received it, I was quite disappointed as it was way too small for my head. I mean, it was so small that I thought it might be a cap for kids or women. I tried to adjust it with the snap-back feature, but it was of no use. So, I decided to return it and asked for a refund of both the order and delivery charges.

However, when I received the refund, I was only refunded for the order. I was quite upset as I think that they should have refunded the delivery charge as well. After all, it was their mistake that they sent me a cap that was not of the right size. I think that they should have taken responsibility for their mistake and refunded the delivery charge as well.

Overall, I am quite disappointed with my experience with Working Class Heroes. I had high hopes for them, but they let me down. I hope that they will take this feedback seriously and improve their customer service in the future.

So, I was browsing the internet for some cool Carhartt and St?ssy clothes and stumbled upon Working Class Heroes (workingclassheroes.co.uk). I gotta say, I was pretty chuffed with what I found. The prices were way cheaper than what I'd seen in the shops, and the delivery was spot on.

The guys who run the site seem like a decent bunch too. They even included a handwritten note and some freebies (sweets and such) with my order. It's the little things, you know?

I recently had an experience with Working Class Heroes and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I placed an order on their website and eagerly awaited its arrival. However, when I checked the tracking information on So Colissimo's website, it stated that the package had been delivered.

To my dismay, I had not received anything. I immediately contacted both Working Class Heroes and So Colissimo to try and resolve the issue. However, both the seller and the delivery service refused to take any responsibility for the mistake.

I was extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and support from both parties. It was frustrating to be left with no solution or explanation for what had happened. I would advise others to avoid using Working Class Heroes if possible, as my experience was not a pleasant one.

I was not given any option to deliver to a pick-up point either.

Despite this, I may consider giving Working Class Heroes another chance in the future for small, less time-critical items. However, I would be hesitant to use their delivery services again for anything that requires prompt delivery.
