So, I recently ordered something from Narachic and I gotta say, I'm not too impressed. They gave me a track number, but when I tried to use it, it said there was no number. I ordered way back in November and I still haven't received my article. They have two different notifications to get your package, but neither of them seem to work. Honestly, I'm starting to think that if I had given them more information, things could have been even worse. And to top it all off, they already have my money through PayPal.

I mean, I get that things can get a little crazy during the holiday season, but come on. It's almost March now and I still don't have my stuff. I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever get it at all. I've tried reaching out to their customer service, but I haven't gotten any response yet.
