My Wife started working at the Honesdale Pa store from the start. Day 1 setting up the Store, and then got hired on when the store became open. She was hoping for fabrics dept. buy ended up as a CSM. She loved what she did. Always looked forward to going to work. Until lately the Mgr Tracy started with bullying my wife. being mean to her for asking a question. tracy would snap at her. my wife would come home crying wondering what she did wrong. My wife got yelled at cause the front end wasn't done as to reorganize before closing, which it was. Yesterday was the final Straw. My wife called a manager cause she couldn"t find anyone to help a customer get a Christmas tree. My wife went on the radio and asked could someone from management get a number 9 tree in the back. The reply from the store Manager was this. lets think about this. do you really think that im going to stop and get someone get a tree in the back? My wife was humiliated for the last time. She came home from work and started crying. She doesn't know what she did to her to be treated. my wife came close to having a mental breakdown. Ther has been other times that the store mgr has done this. You have people who refuses to do there job. Crafts is one. this associate refuse to do pricing. he won't do it. You also have someone in crafts that doesn;t know anything about the job other than cut fabric. You pay these people 18,19 an hor. You pay a csm 15 an hour to deal with customers and help cashiers. the store mgr here has told everyone that they cannot talk to the district mgr if they have a problem. I don't know what your policy on bullying is, my wife got bullied here at her store and something needs to be done.
