Hobby Lobby Stores review: Lawrence Smith Asst. Manager
6:25p 3/4/20 purchased an Easter decoration and the cashier wrapped it. When I got home and unwrapped it an ear fell off. I wanted to exchange it for one that was not broken. He refused. My total purchase on the receipt was $120 and this item was $2.99. I was not even asking for a refund only an exchange. He was very rude and dismissive. Will never go back in this Hobby Lobby again.
