Hobby Lobby Stores review: customer service

On Saturday 4/20/2019 my husband and I witnessed a very irate manager verbally abuse an employee. We watched her walk away and speak to another manager when the first one rushes right to her and starts yelling again to the point where it looks like he is trying to get through the store manager to get to the employee! I've never seen this manager before but the young employee always greets us immediately when we walk in and wishes us a blessed and beautiful day upon exiting. I'm unaware of why she was being scolded but as a Christian store I would expect the employees to be treated with a little more compassion that's no way at all to treat a person this guy literally looked like he was going to fight her if he could have.
