Wheels and Deals

I got a car from them in April/May and still no title. I've had 4 temp tags on it. I gave them a month for the title but they said they're still waiting. I need the title to get it licensed.

I gave Michael Massie at Wheels and Deals in Cape Girardeau 7400 bucks for a 2013 Equinox on March 3. But I still ain't got no title yet. I called and texted him, but he told me to stop buggin' him and he'll let me know when it's ready. He even said he'd give me a different ride 'cause of the title issue, but then he said they weren't ready to be shown off. He also said he contacted Kentucky DMV, but they said they didn't have the title. I called Alexander County and they said the title was there and he should talk to the auction he bought it from. He told me it was in the mail two weeks ago. At this point, I just want my money back. Plus, the paperwork was signed by his secretary, China Newbern.
