I have an HP Gas connection since 21-06-2013. For the last 1.5 years, I have not been receiving LPG subsidy in my bank account.
I visited the HP Gas dealer multiple times, but no clear response was given. They informed me that my ration card number is wrongly linked with a Yougal Gas Agency in Jammu, which I am not aware of and have never authorized. They asked me to correct it myself, but I have no knowledge or access to do so.
I request you to kindly take immediate action to:
Correct my HP Gas connection details
Delink the wrongly linked ration card
Resume my LPG subsidy
Transfer the pending subsidy amount of the last 1.5 years to my bank account
If this issue is not resolved at the earliest, I will be compelled to seek legal remedy against HP Gas and the concerned agency.
