My name and room number stopped working for wifi. I called the front desk they had me call an IT number spent 20mins on the phone with them still nothing. Called your customer service # and they sent me back to the front desk. Still no Wifi access. It says my claim is too short. I have been here since the 11th and am scheduled to be here till the 26th. Please get my wifi working. Thank you
