El Conquistador in Tucson, Az. was a bad idea! Upon arrival their where 3 Staff members at the counter. Not really Busy, so I waited, then upon my turn to check in 2 of the members looked at me and leave the immediate area. When I checked in I commented on how nice the interior looked and how I would like to take a photo. I was Told that no photos are allowed on the property at all. to protect the guest privacy. I found this really unusually strange. Then when I check into my room in Bldg. 4 There where roaches inside the room. I then went to the front desk, on my way to the front desk near the pool area their where several people taking photos of the aera. I checked Out of the hotel. Then I submitted a review on Hilton website. The manager called me I explained in detail what had happen. He stated that he would have a staff meeting regarding my concern's and the rate for the room would be reversed.
