It violates domestic Free Smoke Law. It is a non smoking hotel obliged to control the smoke on the customers’ rooms. But I was woken up by the smoke at 1AM on October 18, then, asked night keeper to confirm the smell. I was forced to move to the end of the corridor at 4 AM.
HR at the desk denied the fact by saying there has been no evidence found.

When I complained about it to the receptionists, I only received laughter.
Due to the fact that the hotel allows the fire hazards, we customers must know this premises’ disrespect of the customers safety.
