My wife and I returned to the Hampton Inn North Grand Rapids 500 Center St NW [protected]. After being gone for rough10 hours. Our room had not been cleaned we had no clean towels and the toilet was plugged. We contacted the front desk and were told that we could come to the desk to plunge the toilet. I not only due not work for Hilton or Hampton Inn. I again requested the desk plunger toilet and received no results. I am ensuring this is documented in the event the toilet over flows that I am not held responsible for damage to the hotel.
