HiFi review: my gica atv495max 1

We bought the above mentioned product today from Hifi Corporation in Klerksdorp.
When we got home and removed it from the box it was obvious that it was a used product. We connected it to the television but there is no connection between the box and the remote.

I can't believe that a huge company like you will sell a used product as a new one. This is terrible service.

Also, it was the last one on the shelf.

I will be taking it back tomorrow and demand my money back. I will buy it somewhere else and will definitely never buy anything from any of your stores again.

You customer service in that store is also non existent.

My wife and I purchased a Refrigerator/ Freezer on the 29 November 2019 via their online platform and to this very day 27 January 2020 we haven't received the order.

Several attempts have been made via the store and through their Customer Complaints Centre since December (after the 3-5 days delivery period) and no one is able to assist with my order. We were never contacted and yet they have our money in full paid to their account.

I honestly have not seen such Revolting service where even Head Office does not care about their customers or reviews from unhappy customers. This is really Sick
