GoGoalShop Review: A Disappointing Experience with No Delivery
So, I went ahead and ordered a bunch of shirts from GoGoalShop (gogoalshop.hk) and boy, was that a mistake! I paid for everything and waited patiently for my order to arrive. But guess what? It never did! I was so disappointed and frustrated that I wish I had never even stumbled upon this site in the first place.
I mean, come on, how hard is it to fulfill an order? I gave them my hard-earned money and they couldn't even deliver what I asked for. It's just not right. I feel like I've been scammed and taken advantage of.
I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Don't make the same mistake I did.
This store should be shut down!
I have purchased three jerseys from www.gogoalshop.hk website and had a terrible experience with these guys! When I received my order I was surprised to see how small the package was. When I opened it I saw that instead of jerseys there was a pair of socks!
I contacted Gogoalshop right away and demanded my money back but they did not reply! These people stole my money and made fun of me by sending these socks! This store should be investigated and shut down.
I didn't get my jersey, but the seller didn't care
5 weeks ago I have ordered jersey from www.gogoalshop.hk. I haven’t received it, but the seller gave me the tracking number, which showed that the order was delivered to my address. How is it possible? I was shocked and emailed the seller, who confirmed that the order was delivered. I explained him that I got nothing, he ignored my statements.
AVOID CHRIS THE THIEF!SHAME ON YOU!
I have to say this was the worst shopping experience I have ever had in my entire life. I got 2 jerseys, paid £52 in a good faith but was informed they were out of stock.
Imagine my shock and surprise when I was told that Chris can not guarantee that I would receive my refund! How convenient and easy he can take the payments but suddenly it is nearly impossible to return customer's money, mind you he is based in one of the biggest, global financial centre; Hong Kong.
Even after explaining there was nothing else I wanted for the next 2 months I was continuously asked to choose something else. I do not think he understand the simple basic of running business and clearly he should not be allowed to continue his dishonest, thieving and fraudulent operation. His own reputation was worth £52 to him.
So guys, get your jersey somewhere else and do not go through this experience. It is not pleasant.
This is a very screwed up company, especially their after sale service. I complained to the person named chris that he sent me a jersey without patches even i have paid for it. He admitted is their fault and he will give me 1 free jersey provided i order again. So i ordered again with 3+1 jersey promotion. After i paid and ask him, he only said i need to buy at least 150usd in order to get the free shirt. Chris you are liar and cheater!
I have a bad experience dealing with this website as well. I bought 5 jersey shirts from gogoalshop.hk which costs me around 150 USD. I ordered the same size for all the jersey and 3 of them with add-on patches. When arrived, some are bigger and one are way smaller although these are all size M. Be extra careful when you order add-on patches, mine one with some missing alphabets. Sent them an email and watapps the number provided, no reply. Finally, saw the online sign on their website and managed online with Chris. i highlighted to him and he just told me is like that, some big some small. Then, I asked him on the patches and he just ignored me. What the heck.
