IP hiding software
-I have purchased the product 'hide-my-ip.com" product and was never even able to get it to work. The code they sent me did not work and neither did the second one I sent. In my first email, all I said was "the code you sent me didn't work, WTF?" and I received an email telling me to watch my language. That is exactly what I thought I did. I never said the 'f' word just WTF. I could have but I was watching my language and still getting my message across. My second email I asked to speak with their supervisor and was told that is who I was speaking with and that is the last I've heard from them. Nothing more. These people are complete ripoffs. I have asked for my money to be returned twice and have not heard a word. Do not give these people a cent of your money unless you just want to give it to them and not get nothing in return. Complete rip offs!

Yesterday I got an email from Hide My IP offering me "Hide My IP - 60% OFF- Dec 2013 One day offer".
I purchased one license and [protected]@hide-my-ip.com send me a license code which is not working, I tried to contact them but unfortunately instead of solving my problem they offered me to place order directly form their website.

This is the worst online company I've ever dealt with! If you use Paypal and want to cancel Premium service, you have to go through their website AND cancel the subscription through your PayPal account. If you don't you'll still get charge for it monthly if you did the $2.95 monthly subscription. I cancel both ways over a month ago and now their sending me a Invoice saying they weren't paid! If that's not bad enough, I called customer service and they said I didn't cancel through Paypal! Obviously, PayPal didn't pay them because my subscription was cancelled!
The funny part is that PayPal laughed when I called and told me to ignore them. HIDEMYIP is not getting any money through PayPal!
Same thing happened to me when I was trying to use my Bank of America credit card for Hide My IP. Glad it didn't go through. Need to be more careful.
A month ago I also ordered Hide My IP directly from website but my bank of america cards were declined. The cards were fine but Bank of America would not let the charges go through because they were suspicious.
The cards were being charged from out of the country. I didn't know this at the time so I used another one of my cards from a different bank and it went through.
They sent me a confirmation email with a license code which was not working. I tried to contact them and find a contact number on their site, they explained nothing to me.
I later found out from both of my banks that there were some fraudulent attempts to my cards. One of them got through and I had to go to the bank to dispute the charges. Thankfully, I caught it the day of transaction. The bank was very quick to fix the fraudulent transaction.

This is just a warning to you guys out there who are trying to find great software or deals. Beware of frauds they will offer you some discount and then get your all information, and check with your credit card company to see if the company is legit or you can see if they have contact information and if it's verifiable.

Hide My IP is not a international site. they are fraud stay away from it. Only support two way of payment method Credit cards and Paypal. No Google Wallet, Skrill, etc.
Explain what? They just need your money and your credit card information for that.
I think they are trying to get your information and that's what they're doing to us. I'm sending them a cease and desist letter and reporting them online.

I purchased Hide My IP from avangate.com and the stuff@hide-my-ip.com send me a serial key which is not working, I tried to contact them but unfortunately the told me that they are unable to activate it and offered me to repurchase it directly from Hide-My-IP.com.

what ever u do do not have any thing to do with the software Hide My IP. I had alot of problems with them I went into an online tech forum and asked about them. The reply was do not ever have any thing to do with this software, we have had alot of complaints about them. They give you a trial download then to keep you on the programme they demand hefty monthly payments. These people are either scammers or con men and they make alot of money out of you thank you. It is 2 guys who run it its not a full time job for them they have other employment, Do not be taken in by a fancy web site the customer support is non existant, and as a bonus the software does not hide your ip. Keep away from these crooks
