Horrible experience! These guys think that just because they send you an email, they can charge your card and renew your subscription without your consent. They wouldn't even give me my money back and claimed that they had sent me an email before charging me. I tried their service for three months and didn't get any leads, but they still enrolled me for another three months and charged me almost $1800! I never agreed to this service, but they just took my money anyway.

Adwerx is a bad service. They kept sending me spam emails about how good they were, but it was all lies. I paid for an ad for a week, but they didn't publish it for almost 10 days. They took my money and blamed Facebook for the delay. Can you believe it? They're supposed to be experts! Don't waste your money on them. Read all the reviews, even the bad ones. They're just trying to catch your money.

I had a bad experience with Adwerx. They charged my credit card $805.80 without my permission. When I talked to them, they said I signed a contract. That's not true. I contacted my credit card company to fight it. They gave me my money back, but Adwerx said I didn't return the stuff. I didn't get anything.

Adwerx works with RE/MAX and others in my office. They had the same problem. I'm going to tell our main office about it.

Adwerx is a tricky company. They make you think you're paying for three months upfront, but then they go ahead and renew your ad without telling you and charge you for another three months. They don't mention it on their website, in their emails, or anywhere else before they renew. I paid for three months and didn't sign up for auto-renew, but they seem to think I did without any proof. I'm going to report them to the NY state department and ask my bank for a refund. Don't bother with Adwerx. If they do business like this, they don't deserve your money.

So, I got an email from a sales guy at Adwerx, Inc. saying that our founder and CEO loved his sales pitch. But, our founder can't be reached by phone right now, so I knew that was a lie. I checked with the CEO and he just gave the guy my email address. The CEO doesn't have time for sales calls, so he passed it off to me. No one loved anything. I might have talked to the guy, but now I won't because he lied. Is this how they do business?

I wanna tell ya about my experience with Adwerx. My broker hooked me up with them and I signed up for a Sphere Campaign through my account manager. I told him I didn't want the campaign to auto-renew and he said he could turn it off if I signed up through him. But guess what? The auto-renew didn't get turned off and my campaign got renewed. I missed the email they sent about it 'cause it was sent late at night. I called Adwerx the next day and was expecting a fight for my refund, but they were cool about it. They checked my account, saw the mistake, said sorry and gave me my money back right away. I'm happy with how they handled it and might do another campaign with them.

I'm a real estate agent since 1986 and I run ads that cost about $5000 per month. I never dealt with a company that doesn't provide a way to cancel. They send you an email regularly reporting what your ad is doing. I ran my ad for over 1 year. I track leads that come from my ads. I've not been able to confirm 1 lead that was generated. I've never seen or been able to confirm my ad other than what they email me. With these types of stats, I wasn't interested in renewing. They charged my husband's credit card $3,527.16 and are unwilling to credit me back. They will tell you that they notified you, and they do! Your renewal dates can be found at the end of the email they send (the report on how your ad is doing). As I reported, they do not have a way to cancel when you log into your account. They finally canceled my ad, but will not return my money. They hold your money and call it a credit! CEO ***, AKA ***, AKA ***, ***, AKA ***, should take responsibility and return my money. He has left me no choice, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. When I log into Adwerx, it shows my credit and the renewal date. It will not let me cancel the credit card and I feel they will again charge my card. I now have to cancel that credit card which again is not fair. I feel they stole my money and when you read all the reviews everywhere, this is how they do business. I've not read one positive post.

Adwerx says you can stop whenever, but they only give you a credit for what you paid. If you don't like it, why bother? They wouldn't give me my money back.

Adwerx keeps sending me emails even though I told them to stop. I didn't even sign up for their stuff and I don't care about it. My company, ***, doesn't want or need what they're selling.

I tried to stop getting emails from Adwerx, but it ain't working. I asked them not to sell my info and deleted everything like they said in their Privacy Policy (I sent emails on July 24th and 28th), but they ain't responding and I'm still getting emails I didn't ask for.

This company took my $2,376 and said they would show my ads to 20,000 people. But they lied and said my ads were live when they weren't. My team didn't approve the ads, so they couldn't be seen by anyone. But AdWerx said they were working fine. When I asked for my money back, they tried to sell me more stuff. They said the ads were visible, but my team said they were still waiting for approval. They offered me another month of service, but I don't want to work with a bad company. I'm going to complain and try to get my money back. Other people have had the same problem, and I wish I had read their reviews before I paid.
