Hermesitems do not arrive ever

This courier so far has failed to deliver 6 items that have been order over 18 months, the one that they did manage to order was a repeat for the original that had been stolen like the others, when it arrived the top had ben cut open and most of the contents had been taken. Customer Services are utter crap, and fit in the with the rest of the crap that this company is built upon. They never reply to emails, and head of CS is gutless and never actually wants to speak to you, or even apologies for the dreadful service that they provide. So, do yourself a favour, make sure when you buy goods online that this courier isn't used for the delivery. Pay a bit extra and get someone honest and reliable to deliver your goods, other wise it a case of stress, worry, aggravation and even maybe a heart attack. JUST DONT GO THERE

    Myhermes.co.ukThey didn't deliver my parcel promised to return it, but it was lie

    I sent parcel through the website www.myhermes.co.uk. These people are real scammer and thieves, ‘coz they took my parcel and never delivered it. I called them and the rep promised to return my parcel, ‘coz I didn’t want to use their services anymore. But it was only fake promises and nothing else. Please leave comments about this company, because people should be aware when they deal with such dishonest seller.

      Too many time place order from various website but when it come down get delivered and the company who is delivering is Hermes well get ready for misleading information on their tracking website . Just about most of their delivery personal lying about attempting to deliver parcel but actually don't . I dot know it that is the employees or employer who is doing it all wrong . Never on time, misleading information on they delivery, I still don't understand why anyone still use them . They are not reliable and if it is to get cheap delivery services, I rather pay more money and get proper delivery on time just like DPD .

        omg!!! how do they get away with being such incorrigable wankers??? people, STOP USING HERMES, put them out of business as they deserve. spare us all, for f**ks sake.

        once again someone paid for delivery on my behalf only to land me in the [censored]e. hermes dont deliver, they drop my stuff to any of a number of shops at least one transit journey away when i live in the epicentre of pickup joints, there must be 20 places within 5 minutes walk of my house. the latest will require minimum 1 hour of billable time, the last one required 2 (@ 200/hour). i have tried to work with them to find a solution but its clear they arent interested. there has to be a flouting of consumer law in this somewhere? i am going the route of billing them for my time but am not optimistic.

        DO NOT USE HERMES IT WILL END IN TEARS (YOURS)

          My HermesCredit card fraud

          I used my credit card to pay for my hermes, and parcel force I rarely use this card, and weeks after paying my hermes and parcelforce (a month between payment) my card has been used to pay for holidays!!! I can only assume this was due to my payment to my hermes or parcelforce, havent used the card with anyone else since january

            I ordered some items from topshop for next day delivery which still haven't arrived two days later. Although on the hermes website it says i have signed for it on the nominated day. How on earth can i have signed for a parcel that was never in my possession? I have been trying to track down the parcel to no avail as hermes do not speak directly to the customer if the parcel has been 'delivered', wherever it may be. This is really poor as no one seems to understand the urgency of 'im travelling tomorrow, so i can't wait 72 hours for someone to contact me'. I shouldn't have to personally investigate who has my parcel and when i do i expect someone to be able to help me!!

                I am currently a seller on ebay I have posted 81 items within the last 3 months via hermes, without I thought any problems until last week I have 3 separate buyers from London / Norfolk and wales all message me asking when they are getting there items hermes website shows all items delivered and upon request have provided me with proof of signature for all 3 items all posted on different dates
                I confronted the 3 buyers with the proof only to be shocked they all say its not there signature as a seller what choice do I have when proof is provided
                as you can imagine one buyer immediately left neg feedback and got abusive saying I had conned them I contacted hermes via message and phone and they insist all items where delivered to the delivery addresses I sent them to
                now today I get a message from hermes as one of these buyers I gave them hermes contact number has called in to say there piece the message from hermes states one of my recipients today has contacted them stating they have not had there item (( we are very sorry but do not know where your item is and can not locate it we have advised your buyer to contact you for a refund I have been paying an extra £1 per item posted to make sure each items was signed for upon delivery I had no idea this sort of thing was going on IT IS A CRIMINAL OFFENCE IT IS THEFT AND DECEPTION I urge every one that has had there items falsely signed for to contact your local police and report this
                (( Hermes from the second they update there website to say item is delivered are committing deception.. the courier whether it be Hermes or an outside company are committing theft by signing for somebody elses property and keeping it

                I am in a similar situation at the minute where my item (bought off ebay) was sent via Hermes, tracked but not signed for. I messaged the seller to ask them about my parcel as I had not received it and she said that the parcel was delivered through letterbox at 13.07 on 21st May! She will not refund me as she says I have received it and I cannot get anywhere at all with Hermes. They are less than useless and have disconnected on me twice, telling me to have a nice day!

                I will not be made to look like a liar and a thief when I am 100% honest. She then left me feedback on ebay implying to everyone that I was dishonest and that people should not sell to me! It is a horrible situation because it makes you feel like a liar when the tracking number states "delivered through letterbox!" I have tried neighbors, outbuildings, everywhere a parcel could possibly be left, but it simply is not here. No one will help me. I am only glad this has happened now with a low value item. I will not be sending or receiving through Hermes without a signature as I am stuck with a delivered status when I have not received anything at all!

                I am very disappointed in this company, I ordered items from JD sports which still have not arrived to receive an email stating I signed for these items on 05/01/15 @19:53. I called JD Sports who contacted the courier who said that he defiantly delivered to my flat. Which was false, I did not receive my parcel and did not sign for anything. I was in all evening. JD sport are treating me like a criminal. I now have to wait another three weeks for my items or a refund until this is investigated. How is this fair as a consumer ?

                I have paid for an item on ebay for £35. the item was being delivered by hermes, even has a tracking number and guess what, this item never arrived. i asked the seller what happened and they checked and said that the item was delivery in the morning, at a time I was not even at home and guess what, it was apparently signed for. none of my neighbours have accepted my parcels as I have told them not to. I have two big signs on my door that clearly says do not leave parcels outside my door, and still they have left parcels outside my door and parcels have even gone missing and guess what, it was hermes again.

                hermes are liars, DO NOT USE HERMES they have thieves working for them. Ebay needs to do something about this. I will not longer buy off anyone that does not use Royal mail tracked and signed for. whoever hermes is using they are not delivering and the delivery people are clearly stealing mail that buyers like myself are paying a lot of money for. I am fuming. I dont know what to do now. I have lost money! and because it has a trcking number i am not even covered by ebay. trading standards needs to investigate. BOYCOT HERMES! REPORT TO TRADING STANDARDS!

                i recently bought a touch screen laptop off ebay i contacted the seller to say it hadent been deliverd i got a tracking order from the seller checked the number and it said it had been signed for at 13.53 on the 28th june i was not in at the time the seller is accuseing me of fraud

                Hermes are the worst

                I recently ordered an item it was sent via Hermes I checked the tracking info this morning and it said it was signed for by the customer Friday at 18:07, I was in at that time and no tried to deliver anything. I phoned the company I ordered from according to them it was my signature they have tried to contact the courier, But they did not answer and have emailed them. I have read many complaints about Hermes fake deliverys, people saying the item was refused by customer five minutes after the courier had received it and damaged parcels

              Hermes Delivering For BurtonNo delivery and lies

              Wiated in all day for Hermes to deliver a parcel that was 'Out for delivery' no sign of parcel finally at 8pm at night they update their information attempted delivery at 10.51am complete lie 4 people in the house all day. Everytime Hermes are the courier their are problems they really are totally rubbish and any company that uses them should not be used. So Burtons menswear no more orders from me and I suggest no one else bothers to buy from burtons till they ditch this shocking courier as the only option of delivery

                Hermes3 cards left of? Attempted delivery of parcel!

                As Above. A card stating that someone had called to deliver ?a parcel, has been left on 3 occasions. Today when one came I was upstairs and by the time I came down their was no sign of the courier. No details of any kind were left e.g.telephone no. or reasons for
                not attempting to leave the object. I am unable to contact anyone about it. As far as I know, no one knocked at my door., but I heard the
                card being put in the letter box today-13th May.

                  Hermes Courier ServiceBroken gate

                  Courier collected parcel for returning, back to Pitch Tv, , because when the product I ordered arrived, it was broken and they only sent half, when I contacted PITCH TV after waiting on the phone for 30 mins, the woman said I would be refunded and Hermes would collect parcel, all went ok until courier was leaving, my garden and he forced my gate the wrong way, , , , , how he managed to do this is beyond my thinking has he had already walked through it once to arrive but I took photos of gate and sent them, , , , many times to Hermes by email, who would not compensate me, when I had to replace full gate at cost of £130, which I do have receipt for, they said I must go through Pitch tv to complain and they would then pass complaint on to them who would deal with it, refund came but short, from Pitch TV, they kept money back, , , WHY I do not know, , , , and I do not think I can do anything about it has, they have gone into administration, , so how am I suppose to get the money for my gate from Hermes, , my husband and I are senior citizens and to spend this money is difficult for us, we need to lock this gate at night has we are quite isolated at front of property, the photo which I took when my husband tried to fix old gate, , , with wood filler, I do have but is to large for me to send, also photo of new gate is same size but would send them both in a email if you so wished, the same has I did for Hermes I have all their emails who acknowledge everything but still say complaint has to go through Pitch TV Mrs Veronica Nevins, , , , , email address, , , , , , [protected]@gmail.com

                    I too have suffered My Hermes lack of service.

                    Contents of two of four parcels were damaged on delivery. My Hermes asked for photos and a claim form which I supplied and completed.

                    Since then I have sent numerous emails but had no reply.

                    I have not contacted the firm by telephone, as this would just be wasting more money on the problem.

                      I ordered some clothes from http://www.mandmdirect.com/ and they were dispatched using Hermes.
                      According to my tracking information, they attempted to deliver on the first day, however no delivery persons were seen or heard, and no card was left. Then the next day when they re-attempted delivery the tracking information states "Delivered to Secure Location" at 10:30. I woke up at 11 and checked the front door for deliveries but nothing was found so I presumed no deliveries had taken place. I decided to walk to the local chippy at 4:30PM and walked out of my front door, amazed to see a large package sitting half-under a dead Christmas tree, and in a puddle of mud, water, snow and ice. Apparently the "secure location" they delivered it to was the dead Christmas tree outside my front door. I'm amazed it wasn't stolen in the 6 hours it sat outside next to a footpath, and glad since the items in the package were worth over £100.

                          My roommate has two packages today and yesterday. The courier saw my window open( ground floor, the window is at 2 meters high) and he just climbed up and threw the packages into my room like a bomb.

                          Hermes use a local courier to deliver parcels in our area, we are rural, however three times we have had trouble with them, they delivered late, told hermes they had delivered to us and got a receipt when they hadn't and they even threw our parcels at us in the street. one of our expensive parcels was left stuffed in a box at the end of our drive, lucky we went and checked!! When we tried to contact hermes we had trouble getting in touch and it took ages for responses. They were disgusted with the self employed couriers behaviour yet we received no compensation and they have not been spoken too. We were informed we would have deliveries from another courier instead in the future...

                          I had a card put through my door on Saturday telling me no one was in so the Hermes delivery rep could not give me my parcel but would return on Monday. I thought this was strange as I was home. I waited all Monday and called asking what time I would receive my parcel only to be told I was wrong and it was already delivered to me. I asked the rep not to shout at me and to understand I did not have my parcel, again to be told I was confused and had received it. I was then told I was a blonde lady who signed for it. When the rep had finished telling me I was wrong I mentioned I am Asian and no one with blonde hair was in my house. The rep then stopped talking and said he would look into it and may return today as he had other things to do. When he finally arrived at my house he said he had delivered it to my neighbour who was a complete different number to my own and he said I was lucky he came to rectify the issue. I suggested he listen to his customers as they are always right, however, was told if I wasn't so rude to him and considered how difficult his job was and saw he had problems then I should accept what had happened. I went on to say I had paid for my goods and the delivery and did not expect to be treated so rudely. He went on to argue with me telling me he would not apologise as it was my fault. My neighbour then informed me he had tapped her door and then began writing a card saying she was not in as he attempted to deliver my parcel to her. She challenged her about this and he said he had waited 5mins for her when she said she had just walked from her kitchen to her front door which is a few seconds. I am absolutely discussed with the service I have received and to be shouted at and told not to buy online again so this service would not come to me on my doorstep is appalling.

                        I ordered a pair of boots on the 25th December from Dorothy Perkins, Dorothy Perkins dispatched on the 26 and I then received a text from Hermes saying I would get my parcel within 2 working days..my ###, its now the 7th of January and I have received nothing, not even a note through the door saying they had tried to deliver it. There's been someone at home over the duration and I haven't had one knock at the door. I called up the Hermes helpline and the lady said there is nothing they could do about it? absolutely ridiculous.

                            I have been waiting for a parcel to arrive to my house for weeks now, they cannot find it, i have the tracking number that i enter to find it hasn't been in the system awaiting delivery. I got on to investigation
                            team. They e-mail me telling that the parcel had gone to the wrong address, then i got on to live chat, and guess what no records of it being sent out, awaiting for delivery.. I cannot take much more of this, they are such idiots, i have had the runaround for weeks. How can a company operate in this way. They are a joke!!.. BUNCH OF IDIOTS. I want my money back and compensation for the hassle i have had.

                          Hermes is one of the worst delivery companies around if I had known they were that bad I would have reconsidered ordering . Waiting for a parcel for nearly two weeks apparently we missed the order which is strange as I was home all day I would have ordered from superdrug but the product I wanted wasn't available they are much better as they are with Royal Mail waiting one more day otherwise calling up headquarters see how much luck I get from that.
                          After this long rant don't order from them as you won't see your product again.

                            Topshop use Hermes. Getting in touch with Topshop is also a nightmare. l paid a premium price for delivery on a Saturday. Hermes tracking said the item was 'out for delivery... out of this galaxy more like. Get a text message on Wednesday evening saying it would be delivered that evening? Still no delivery over a week later. Both Topshop and Hermes are rubbish. Avoid them if you can. Hermes just don't get the concept of good service... their web site is designed to avoid customer contact... lots of complaints maybe?. The only published e-mail address is the Data Protection Officer (a legal requirement). Genuine quality focused companies don't operate like this. It says a lot about a company that sets itself up this way

                                Hermes courier cancelled all deliveries to my address as he assumes he left a parcel in my back garden belonging to someone else and as he hasnt recieved this so called parcel back he is not delivering to this address again and i have quite a big number of goods to be delivered. He delivers all over this eh4 area and has pin pointed this parcel onto me

                              we broght items from a company who used my hermes to deliver items apprently the courrier of my hermes deliverd it but we were out so she claims she put it in our shed funny we havent got a shed i phoned hermes and she wasent intrested she just said phone the company i brought it off well i think the courier has had it we are discusted in the way hermes has handled it and we want to no what you going to do about it they were xmas gifts and looks like were out of pocket and without the xmas items aswell we will not recommend this company as they have a theif who works for them and my hermes arent botherd and dont sort it out, its discusting how you treat your customers

                                  Myhermes also stole my bicycle that I was trying to send to an eBay customer...they claimed they "lost" it. Yes an entire fully assembled bicycle that was wrapped in cardboard. probably fell down the back of the sofa. Oh did I mention it was a week before Xmas..? Yeah funny that. Bunch of thieves.
