Please, so not deal with this company!
Do not buy anything from this terrible website, they are real scammers and they stole my money. I bought something from Herballoveshop and they charged me twice and when I tried to contact their customer service I was not able to reach a real life person. I received only automated replies and no one helped me!
I still have no idea what to do. The fact is that these people took more and there is no way to get my money back. I really need help, because I can't do anything on my own!
Please, so not deal with this company, they are not to be trusted and there is no customer service!
No customer service and missing order
Please avoid this website Herballoveshop and don't buy anything from them. My order was made in early December and did not show up yet. There is no customer service to speak. I found their phone number and email and wasn't able to reach anyone from this company. When I called I was asked to leave a voice mail and no one ever replied to my messages. I am so extremely disappointed with this website! They took my money and now I want to cancel my order and get a refund but I need to contact them first!

Ordered Vata Massage oil.Was told that my card wouldn't be charged until the order was filled. It was charged by not filled. 2nd call I was told that the reason it would take up to 5 days to ship was that the oil came directly from Banyan Botanicals.At the end of 5 days still no notification of shipment so called and was told it was backordered. Canceled order. Will wait for a credit now. Skip doing business with these folks.
Purchased product from this website and never received it. Requested a refund and never received it, as well. Beware of this website! It's a scam!
It's a scam people do not buy. I ordered some items which I didn't receive, asked for refund and didn't receive that either. Stay away.

Scam
I ordered something from the websites herballove.com. I had my confirmation number. The next morning I got an email saying that my card didn't have a right number or expiration date. They were asking me to contact them thru their number or website. I was wondering why do I have to give them another credit card info or contact them and I noticed that the website is www.herbolove.com. which is not the website where I placed my order.
After 30 minutes. I got an email from www.herballoveshop.com telling me to pay them thru Paypal; western Union with complete name and address where I will send it; Internatinal payment;etc etc etc.
I checked my bank account and its good that they haven't deduct the amount that I supposed to pay.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I'm in Australia and I ordered a product to be sent to me. A month later they emailed me saying "refund confirmation", I never asked for a refund, I guess they ran out of stock? I never received my refund, they say they have put it into my account and I emailed a copy of my account showing the money coming out but not going back in. I'm still harassing them to try to get my money!
They are very genuine. They also rejected my card and I had pay with Western Union. My order was delivered in 14 days.
