I have been trying to cancel my subscription for over a month. They keep charging my bank account. When I call the telephone numbers listed, they are either not good numbers - hard double busy, not a regular busy signal. I have sent emails. They have my account information and I will have to actually change my account at my bank.

Desired outcome: Cancel my program, do not get charged again, and obtain a refund for my $71.72.
