I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with PerfectMemorials. They claim to have these keepsake memorials and cremation urns that are supposed to be top-notch, but honestly, I felt like I paid way too much for what I got. The item I received was way smaller than I thought it would be, and the finish on the metal made it look like it had been through the ringer a few times. And get this - they charge $44 per inch of metal! That's just plain crazy.

When I tried to return the item, I got an email from some guy named Jon who was just plain rude. I mean, sure, he was able to read and copy and paste some information, but he was about as helpful as a screen door on a submarine. And don't even get me started on the return process. They won't even send you a return label! And they say you need a tracking number and insurance to return the item, but I never even got a tracking number or a shipment email in the first place.

Honestly, I wish I could support a business that actually cares about its customers and doesn't try to rip them off with cheaply made trinkets. But I guess that's just too much to ask for these days. I'll be returning this item for sure, but I'm not holding my breath for a smooth process. All I want is my full refund and to be done with this whole mess.

Me and my old lady lost our baby girl when she was just 4 months and 1 day old. That poor little thing spent her whole life in the NICU. With this whole COVID19 madness going on, we knew we couldn't have a proper service for her, so we decided to go with cremation. We wanted to have our little angel with us at home until we can have a proper family service for her. So we started looking online for urns and stumbled across Perfect Memorials. Let me tell ya, we were taking a big chance ordering from an online source, but we decided to roll the dice.

We found the perfect urn on their website and personalized it for our little girl. We needed it ASAP and left a message for them saying so. We paid for two-day shipping, crossed our fingers, and hoped for the best. The website was super easy to use, too. Just three simple steps and we were done.

We watched the order like hawks and the next business day they had it shipped out. A day and a half later, FEDEX showed up at our door with the urn. Let me tell you, it was packed up tight and protected from any damage during shipping. We couldn't be happier with the product or the service we received from Perfect Memorials.

I gotta give credit where credit is due. This company really helped us out during one of the hardest times in our lives. I gotta thank the company and every single staff member that had anything to do with our order. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.

I had to talk to a phone rep named Kasey, and I gotta admit, our conversation started off a little tense. But dang, dealing with people's emotions like that all day? That's not easy. It was hard for me to express myself, but Kasey stuck with me for a whole hour until we got everything figured out just right. See, we were getting special items for my father-in-law, who passed away. My mother-in-law is 80 and my husband was a mess; but Kasey?! She made everything feel so special, so easy, so relaxed, that even I felt better.

I'm tellin' ya, if PerfectMemorials had more reps like Kasey, it would make this whole process so much easier for people dealing with the loss of a loved one. The love starts from the top-down! Don't even bother! So, we placed an order for an adult pic freme urn with engraved dangly thing on May 18th, '19. They took the money from our account the next day, but guess what? We only got the dangly thing on May 24th. Where in the world was the urn? I emailed them about it on June 2nd, which was when we got a response back from them saying we had got the urn already, which is so wrong: we hadn't received it. So, I called them up after getting their email on June 3, and they admitted they goofed up real bad and said they would get the urn to us not later than June 6th. But would you believe it, the urn never arrived, and we had to make another call to the company on June 7th, who promised us that they would send out the urn the next day, but we made sure to tell them that we wanted it shipped in 2 days. They said they'd ACT like it was a big favor. I guess they don't realize that they messed up. Finally, on Jun 12th, we got a total wrong urn. I sent an email to them, pleading for a refund, full payment included. Let's see if they can handle that right. This wait of nearly 4 weeks to get an urn for our dad's ashes could have been at most just 4 days. What a mess this company is! They clearly don't know how to handle it when customers go through tough times like this. Don't use them, man!

Perfect Memorials had a double-layered velvet bag that was perfect for pops. It was in his favorite football team's signature shade of burgundy, which made the purchase all the more special.

Let me tell you, personalizing that bag was a piece of cake! The price was alright and the delivery was prompt - arrived at my doorsteps just a few days later. Perfect Memorials had a lot of helpful information available on their website which made it easier for me to choose the right size we needed. And let me tell you something, that bag with its embroidered monogram was a sight to behold. It looked so good that we were pleased to keep dad in something much nicer than just a plain ol' plastic bag.

Now, I understand that this could be a touchy subject for some, but based on my experience and the quality of their products, I would definitely recommend checking out Perfect Memorials. I, myself, will most likely be returning to them for my own memorial jewelry. I even passed on the good word to my siblings about their wide selection of cremation jewelry.

I totally decided to finally order an urn that was just perfect for my mom. It was all tearjerking. Whether I wasted time reasoning on which of the urns I should order, I eventually chose one that was perfect and so to speak, my mom's deserving. You know what? Since I got my urn, it has been perfect, absolutely. But hun, one thing I kinda despise, is the way the plaques are fixed on there. Bruh, I kinda felt like they should have been attached to the urn already, but mehn, they were not! (can you believe that?) Instead, the plaques came a separate package in a manilla envelope. Overall, not bad, I guess. But come on, for the bucks I put in for the personalized plaques, they should have already come attached and fully secured on the urn that I opted for, bruh. I mean, seriously. But, hiding nothing, the plaques are perfect and have exactly what I chose to be engraved on them. Just that, the adhesive on the back of the plaques really didn't cut it for me, I think with the amount I splurged on the urn, they should have something better, or maybe even a glue of some sort. Something that will make it stick more tightly and securely, not just sticky as an adhesive for something so dear - That's all I'm sayin'. Besides these minor glitches though, I still love the piece I ordered, it's just perfect! I for one would definitely order from them again in the future. I just kinda wish they would give better options in regards to attatching plaques, maybe even make a better adhesive for the buyer to fix the plaques on. You feel me?

I decided to order a cremains necklace from Perfect Memorials, and while the delivery was a bit slow for my liking, I didn't mind too much. When I received the necklace, I was really impressed by the quality of it. I ordered the Celtic Knot Infinity with a dog paw print in the center, and I just loved the weight and the craftsmanship of the necklace. I was so happy with it that I showed it off to everyone who knew and loved the person I had lost.

However, when I went to fill the necklace with cremains, I had a bit of an issue. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't get the cremains to go into the necklace. I followed all of the instructions perfectly, but it just wouldn't work. I even tried sprinkling the dust in, but it only held a few particles before it was too full to screw the lid on. I was really frustrated and upset, so I decided to contact customer service to see if they could help me.

Unfortunately, when I spoke to the person on the phone, they weren't very helpful. They kept telling me that the necklace could only hold a cubic inch, but I knew that it couldn't even hold a tiny amount of cremains. I tried to explain this to the woman I was speaking to, but she just offered me a refund and some tube selection. I didn't want a tube, though. I wanted a silver necklace that could hold my loved one's cremains. It was really disappointing, and it felt like a bit of a jab at a time when I was already hurting so much.

Overall, while I was very happy with the quality of the necklace I received from Perfect Memorials, I was really disappointed by the fact that it couldn't hold any cremains. It felt like a bit of a letdown, and I would have appreciated more help from customer service. Despite this, I still think that Perfect Memorials is a good place to order remembrance jewelry from. Just be aware that the necklace may not hold as much as you're hoping it will.

Last year in May, I bought a Small Pewter Paw Print Cremation Urn from Perfect Memorials for my beloved dog Benji. The urn was the perfect resting place for my furry friend. The metal finish was sensational, and it looked like it would last for years to come.

However, fate dealt me a terrible blow, and in August 2020, I lost another dear pet. I decided to purchase the same urn for him because I was so pleased with the first one.

When the second urn arrived, I immediately noticed a difference in the metal material. It was not the same quality as the first one. In fact, it looked like it had been painted to resemble silver. Additionally, I paid $13 more for the same product, which was disheartening.

I contacted the company and was informed that they had switched from using brass to aluminum. I was disappointed with the aluminum urn as it looked really unattractive. Moreover, Perfect Memorials was charging more for this inferior material, which didn't make any sense to me.

I had been amazed by the quality of their products before, but now I am no longer impressed. The company told me that the color difference would be slight, but it was a huge difference as the left one is made of brass and the right one is aluminum.

The company offered me the option of returning the urn, but I would have to pay for the return shipping and would not receive a refund for the engraving. It's a shame that such an excellent company decided to cut costs, compromising the quality and cosmetic look of their products.

I know that I am only one customer, but I hope someone in the operational management of Perfect Memorials reads this review and considers going back to using brass urns, which were high-quality items.

In conclusion, I would not recommend purchasing urns from Perfect Memorials until they switch back to using high-quality materials that do not compromise the aesthetic and durability of their products.

I did a purchase for the first time from Perfect Memorials on 06/14/14 right after we had lost our dog. She was like a family member to us, and it really hit us and hurt us deeply. I ordered 3 Round Stainless Steel Urn Pendants. Surprisingly, it arrived at my doorstep in 3 days after my order was placed. I was really surprised and could not have asked for any better timing. These pendants really helped my daughters and I feel close to our beloved dog during our time of grieving.

And then again, on 11/20/14 I ordered full photo heart porcelain ornaments with 5 pieces in a pack. They delivered it to me in 5 days. I was so happy that we hung one of the ornaments on our Christmas tree and the rest, my daughters and I kept to honor our dog's memory.

Then again, life happened and we lost our other dog as well on 12/09/15. Remembering the good turnaround time of Perfect Memorials, I again ordered full photo heart porcelain ornaments and as before, 5 pieces in a pack. The order arrived in 5 days which made me satisfied. However, I was disappointed when I opened it as the picture that I sent had the 'yellow eye' effect making it look like my dog was actually a demon dog. I was disappointed so I called the customer service to air out my complaint.

To my surprise, their customer service rep was really kind and understanding. They immediately apologized and even offered me a replacement for no additional cost! They even told me that they will overnight the replacement package to me. I was awed and thrilled that a company could still offer such kindness in a time of my sadness.

I am really happy with the company's effort in providing me comfort in a really sad time. Perfect Memorials is a great company that deserves to be supported. They are not just a regular company, their unmatched compassion has won a special spot in my heart. They are just amazing! If I could, I would give them a million stars!

The only feedback I have for the folks at Perfect Memorials is this: when responding to customers, please keep in mind that they are likely still grieving over the loss of their beloved pet. A boilerplate response simply does not do justice to the situation. Rather, it would be more compassionate to respond with genuine understanding and heartfelt condolences.

All in all, my wife and I cannot recommend Perfect Memorials enough. Their service was top-notch, and the product they provided was beyond our expectations. So, I just got my refund from PerfectMemorials and guess what? $61.43 is missing! I paid over two hundred bucks for a locket that would hold my grandmother's ashes and I only got a little over $150 back. This all happened after I shelled out extra for return tracking and insurance that they make you pay for out of your own pocket.

The whole experience started bad and just kept getting worse. First, they didn't even have the product I ordered, even though it was still showing as available on their website and I had already paid for it. They didn't bother to let me know until after they had already taken my money and the order was processed. They told me to pick something else instead.

After all of that, they finally shipped my order but then managed to mess that up too. I found out the hard way that they don't deliver to home addresses, even though they never bothered to tell me. I had to contact the delivery company myself and it took days and days to rearrange delivery. Meanwhile, I was trying to plan a funeral and deal with all the other stuff that comes with that.

Finally, weeks later, the locket arrived. And it was a huge disappointment. It looked nothing like the pictures on their site and was basically junk. It looked like something you would get from a 25 cent machine at a grocery store. It was bulky and unfinished on the back, which was hollow and not filled in with metal or gold like it should have been.

So, I emailed PerfectMemorials to complain about the missing money and everything else that had gone wrong. Their response? "We don't refund shipping cost." That was it. I was beyond frustrated by this point, so I called them. The person I spoke to on the phone promised me that the missing funds had been returned and that I would see it shortly, depending on my bank.

But here I am, 8 business days later, and still no refund. Honestly, this company is a joke. They claim to cater to people who are grieving and dealing with the loss of loved ones, but they treat their customers terribly. If you're thinking about buying from PerfectMemorials, please don't waste your money. Their products are cheap and poorly made, and their customer service is awful. You'll regret it, I promise.

Man, I gotta tell ya, I was real bummed when I never got my package from PerfectMemorials. According to the tracking number, it was s'posed to be delivered by USPS on March 6th. But lo and behold, no package for me! Musta gone to the wrong dang house or sumpin'. Who knows what happened after that? Alls I know is that I didn't get my product and I'm pretty torn up about it.

I was really excited about what I was s'posed to get, too. It was this container thing that I was gonna put some of my Mom's ashes in. I had a real special purpose for it in mind, ya know? I made my purchase on the 23rd of May from PerfectMemorials. Payment was sent by mail and the online payment methods like PAYPAL or credit card were not working for me. I contacted customer service for help but they were of no assistance. After a while, I received a notification in the post informing me that the item I ordered is no longer available and my payment was returned. How could this happen? I already placed my order and even sent my payment. This experience with PerfectMemorials has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will never refer anyone to this site nor will I ever place another order with them again. It's quite unfortunate that I should have expected this kind of unsatisfactory service as the last urn I ordered from them was faulty.

You'd think a big fancy company like Imperfect Memorials woulda noticed the duplicate orders, right? But nope, they charged her for all of them and sent them on their way without a second thought.
