Hardee's Restaurants Delivery

I ordered my food at exactly 4:02 PM, I was told that it would take 60 mins to arrive, I waited for the 60 mins then proceeded to call hardee's and I was told that my order was on the way, I called them around 4 more times and I was told the same thing, till around 6:30 PM when I was told my order was cancelled, as the delivery guy was apparently calling the wrong person and no one answered so he did not come, overall, I talked to 2 complaints managers and 2 branch managers and around 10 customer service employees all of which told me my order is on the way and the delivery guy would call me, which he did not. I waited till around 7:00 and then cancelled my order and still I was not once contacted by the delivery guy. The customer service and all the managers while they were polite are extremely incompetent and not a single person actually helped us. We had to wait for 3 hours just to cancel our food and we were not even contacted by a manager to apologize or explain the situation to us. Horrible service, never ordering from there again.

Hardee's Restaurants Manager/ cold food store 1143

I waited in drive through for 5-10 minutes. When I got my food it was stone cold. I asked for the management how he let cold food get sold, he said how was he to know? Put his hand in it and feel the temp. This maid reason I will never go back. I would like a rep to get intouch if possible this is beyond unexeptable.

Hardee's Restaurants Cold food and tore up buns, smashed buns

A couple days ago I went to hardees got the chicken sandwich combo. I ordered a large fry instead of small fry. Asked for them to cook them fresh. When I got my order my fries was cold and a small fry. Told the lady at drive up I would like to have hot fries. She argued with me that they are hot. I handed her a fry she said she dont know why they are cold but will fix me more. Got them they was hot but small fry. Got home to eat my chicken sandwich it was burnt and hard. Called back down., anager told me next time I come in bring my receipt with his name on top and I will get a new meal. Again my chicken was burnt. Went back again today sat 9/19/2020 for a breakfast sanwich and hasbrowns. Hashbrowns was cold. My breakfast sandwich (loaded omlet) bottom on biscuit was in 4 oieces. Went back showed manager my biscuit. He said they put it on there because it was the last biscuit they had. Told me he would put it on a crosaunt. Got it and it was on a bun. Looked like someone took their fist and punched it before they gave it to me. Had to get a different one. This one came on a biscuit. Seems like everytime I go there my food is either cold or burnt.

Hardee's Restaurants Treatment of employees

Why doesn't the Hardee's in Virginia give their employees breaks/lunch times. Find it disgraceful that employees are expected to work 8 hours with no breaks. Most states have labor laws requiring breaks and a mandatory lunch break by 5 hours into shift. Really bad when you witness an employee begging to use restroom.

Hardee's Restaurants Service and health issues

I recently visited the Hardee's in Monroe Ga and I went inside to order my food and I happen to look around inside the lobby area while I was waiting for at least minutes and looked at the ceiling which was outrageous disgusting you had ceiling tile that were starting to get mold from leaks and ceiling vent fan of some sort that was completely covered in dust the floors looked liked they haven't been properly cleaned and the service was very slow when you had employees just sitting in the dining area doing nothing maybe they were on break but I think if you see that they need help that you wait till the team can catch up then you take bresk

Hardee's Restaurants Employee

On July 4th I was driving in my car and had a sudden immediate urge to urinate. I'm 85 and have a prostate problem that is controlled by medication,
however sometime but rarely I still have a sudden, unexpected urge to urinate.
As I was close two a dairy Queen I quickly stopped to use their rest room but the store was locked tight. Just a short distance was a Hardee's so I rushed there. Fortunately the door was unlocked, so I entered and was just rounding to corner headed toward the rest room and someone very loudly called "Hey" two or three times. I look up to see a fat black woman hollering "Hey" at me.
She said very loudly and aggressively, "you can't be in here with out a mask!"
I replied "I really need to use the rest room" She very loudly repeated her pronouncement that 'You can't be in here with out a mask"I said"I'm sorry but I need to go badly"and I entered the rest room. After I few minutes I had finished my"business"and she began banging very loudly on the door. Then she stuck her head in the room and yelled,"Are you done, yet"?
I said that I was and finished washing my hands and left the restaurant.
After exiting I did see it posted on the door that masks were required. Unfortunately my need was such at the time that I couldn't stop to look at all of the notices on the door.
Just want you to know that I am used to being addressed as Mister or Sir, I resent be addressed with"Hey, "Hey" and your employee didn't need to harass me while I was in the rest room.
Just as a side note, Did not see any one else in the restaurant, but didn't have a lot of time to look. Also, I do not have COVID19, I do not know anyone who has COVID19, and I do not know anyone who knows anyone who has COVID 19.
I'm not looking for anything from Hardee's except a little respect!

Hardee's Restaurants Serving already snacked on food

I ordered the family meal; 2
burgers, 4 fries and 6 tenders. Asked for ranch/bbq for tenders and ketchup for fries. All food was freezing. Fries were 3 different colors, meaning they mixed multiple batches together and just kept refrying them. Worst part was that one of the tenders had a bite taken out. Asked for condiments again at window. Told to pull up. Greasy bag pushed into my window. Dude was so creepy and filthy, with major bleach stains on pants, ripped gloves, mask only covering his chin. He scared my daughter. No ‘here you go, thanks for coming by" Honestly, I dont believe the cashier said anything at all. Get home to feed the kids. Obviously, no condiments, go to wipe my hands. Yeah, no napkins either. Terrible experience and waste of $17. Contact me, Hardee's, you can do better. I have photos of half eaten tendero is title

Hardee's Restaurants Asked for a mushroom swiss and they gave me a burger without mushrooms and would not correct the problem

We went to Pelham Ga Hardee's yesterday afternoon to get a Mushroom Swiss, got half way down the road when we realized there was no mushrooms on the burger so we took it back, 2 time of going back we pulled up to the drive thru and explained what was going on and she said to let her get the burger, We figured they would trash it and make another one this time right, not even a min later they gave us a sack and we drove off again, girlfriend went to check it and it was the same hamburger but this time with pink Nail Polish on the side of burger where it chipped off her nails and a bowl to the side with mushrooms in it, You can see in the pictures I provided the pink nail polish on the burger & how they served us, That's y I'm upset, Girlfriend had to toss it away and felt like they was rude and disrespectful and so did I, a waist of 7$

Hardee's Restaurants Service

I ordered few hours ago, 1 super star combo large and fries loaded, surprisingly, I found that I received the order with medium size can not bottle and the fries was the regular ones. Then I refused to receive this very bad product.
I tried to call the call center in order to complain but they didn't answer.
P.S. I do repeat to the call center agent my order twice!

Hardee's Restaurants Missing item

HI

On May 24th, 2020 we ordered several items from a Hardees branch in Qara'en, Sharjah, UAE. One of the items we ordered (Medium Crispy Curls) was missing although we paid in full! we discovered this when we reached home (we live about 5 miles from the branch)! we called their 600 number ([protected]) I think more than 3 times and every time they send us around to different numbers! finally a person from complaints answered the call and told him what was going on in boring details... he kept putting me on hold and allegedly talking to the branch every time... the call took 15 minute and all he took from me was the order number (#78) and the branch name! does it take 15 min to do that? at the end of this totally useless call, the guy PROMISED me that someone from the branch will call me back within a min after I hang up! I am writing this complaint two hours after the complaint and still waiting for branch expert to call me back! This is not the first time we order something and we get either a different thing or there a missing item... it happened before in the same branch but we either got fed up running around in circles with unprofessional inefficient customer service calls or we decide that it was not worth it, but this time I decided to write this complaint hoping that it reaches a listening ear!

Hardee's Restaurants customer service

I came in for lunch on November 27, to order me a new southwest patty melt on my lunch break. The cashier, I think her name was Brenda or Brandy was nice at first, but I waited for a long time for my food, even when the cook hollered order up for front, she took her sweet time to finally bring out my food. The burger was nice and hot, but I had to wait another 3 minutes for fresh fries when it should've been hot on the plate just like the burger. When I'm also eating my food, I don't need no crazy girl coming up to me, flirting, and trying to get a homeboy's number, knowing that I had a wedding ring on my finger and plus telling her already that I was married! I really felt harassed more than satisfied with customer service. Bad as it is, I was the only black guy in the restaurant and she couldn't leave me alone and let me eat in peace.

On February 4, we went through the drive up and ordered 2 Super Star sandwiches and a large order of French fries. I told her that I had a coupon for the free cinnamon roll. She said that they were frozen. I told her that I would use the coupon the next time. When we got home and I took a bite, I thought I was eating fire. I called to see where they put the fiery sauce. She said on the bun. I took it apart and it was everywhere...on the meat, lettuce, tomato as well as the bun. I actually washed everything in clear water...squeezing the water out of the bun. I still could not eat it. I have never complained about the food but this was unreal. BTW I also removed 5 slices of peppers.

On November 27 at 9:45 am I was trying to order breakfast, after doing early morning Thanksgiving shopping. I finally got next in line, I smelt the strong odor of marijuana on this cashier and the name tag said"Brenda" on it, walked away for about 10 minutes when I was trying to place my order. It was already ridiculously crowded and when she finally came back, she already looked confused and didn't look like she knew was she was doing. I waited 15 minutes for an egg with cheese biscuit with tater rounds and a coffee. While I was waiting on my food I heard a cook saying all your food for up front is ready to go three times and the cashier was rude, and cussing at the cook for absolutely no reason. I got my order and left. I couldn't stand the rudeness of that cashier anymore and won't be back.

Hardee's Restaurants customer service

I go to Hardee's every morning. On November 27, 2019 I brought my wife with me for the first time to eat with me and my other buddies that eat there every morning. I order my usual biscuit and gravy on a black plate. Brenda is usually my cashier that takes care of me, but my wife didn't like the way she was firlting and being disrespectful towards her and now my wife won't eat breakfast with me anymore at hardee's because of that cashier. I'm very disappointed in the customer service.

Hardee's Restaurants online order# [protected] not delivered

I submitted the subject order no. [protected] from https://www.hardees.qa and received order confirmation on my email [protected]@hotmail.com.

After one & half hour from order I tried to follow up on oder through the call center no. +[protected] but the agent told me the order is not there and will let someone call you. Then I called them again the 2nd agent put my on hold for 12 me mins with no feedback. Then I called for the 3rd time to file a complaint and to inform to cancel the order. This is the worest delivery service I ever experienced in Qatar. I would ask for a compansation for my waisted time tracking this order.

Hardee's Restaurants breakfast food - frisco breakfast combo

Hungry for breakfast, Frisco sandwich is my favorite. Go through drive through. Hash rounds are fine, go to drink, no straw. Then I grab sandwich. It feels like it came out of a refrigerator. Almost "ice" cold. I paid almost $8.00 for this? It's ridiculous. I drove out of my way to go to Hardee's, my wife sent me to McDonald's for breakfast (1 mile from my house). Hardee's is 8 miles from my house.

Good day. I am melissa señor sarmiento a common law spouse of jerson bigcal sarong.. Jerson bigcal sarong is one of your employee in ezdan mall branch. May I request from your good office to please call attention of jerson bigcal sarong and report to your good office. I am requesting him to report in your good office for we are in trouble now for a 3rd party reason. He had a relationship with marianne espiritu a co employee of him in ezdan mall. Marianne espiritu is also a common law spouse in one of your manager in hardees name amormio acapulco.. Jerson and I are living together for almost 7yrs and planning to get married once he came back home. But unfortunately our relationship was tested he was tempted with marianne espiritu. I dont want to end up our relationship that easily that we keep for almost 7yrs. Thats why I am writing in your good office and humbly asking a favor to kindly please send back home jerson bigcal sarong immediately. Im sorry if im writing these and I know its none of your business but it is the least that I can do to save our relationship. I hope you value a relationship who is planning to build a family.
And please dont call thru the manager just direct to jerson sarong because jerson dont want his manager to be in trouble with his personal problem.

Hardee's Restaurants poor customer service

The low cut Young lady act like she had an attitude. It was poor customer service. She kept mumbling sarcastic remarks about I can eat somewhere else then and they don't need my money and she don't need this f#@*#@* job. She also smelled like marijuana. She has to be new because I've been eating here everyday for the past 6 months and I never got treated with so much disrespect.
