Recently installed kitchen and bay windows leak like a sieve. Glass was installed at 0.22 SHGC ... Southern Hemisphere requirements. Northern Hemisphere requires 0.6 SHGC. DUH! Gas bills have increased 25% since installation. Everything has been documented. February 2016.
