The above order to fit a new battery was not fulfilled, as the two visits, on Monday 2 Feb, and Thursday 5 Feb, both failed to fit a battery that worked, chosen on your website for the Audi A3 etron WV15 YPU. The batteries were not fit for purpose. I filled in a survey, saying the fitting was unsatisfactory, and asked someone to phone about it. There has been no phone call.
I have recovered the second battery from CarTechAutos, who fitted a correct VW battery.
I tried to take it back to your branch in Effra Rd, Brixton, but they said they could not accept it. They gave me a number to ring (0207 733 8307), but after a long wait, I decided to email you.
I’d like to return the Yuasa battery to you, and be refunded £193.50.
