Hi my name is Darren I am writing this complaint as I think it is important it is not anything that happened to me but to a old and distressed lady .on Wednesday the 8th of July at approximately 12.30.ok myself and daughter was having a coffee next door to the Halfords shop when we became aware of a upset old lady on the phone trying to explain to someone where she was.it was after asking her what was wrong she explained that whilst coming into the retail park she had bumped the car and had got a flat tyre.she went into Halfords for help and they said she needed a mobile mechanic but never even attempted to give her any numbers to call.I asked if they could help to change her spare tyre to help get her to the nearest tyre place and they said they was nothing they could do as they are not allowed .to cut the story short they left her stood outside the store for exactly 2and a half hours with no help .I and my daughter stayed with her and got her a row truck to take the car to the nearest tyre place and I took the lady in my car there.it was then the assistant

Desired outcome: I would like there to be done compassion shown to distressed customers and to help with calls when possible and also I would like a reply to show that my complaint is taken seriously
